Great beer garden at the back too.really good atmosphere and well looked after by the staff who really do show that their customers matter to then. Thank you.

Zion St, Ebbw ValeHave been here twice and the experience has been the same both times. The place is too cold (I went prepared this time in tights and a jumper). We pre-ordered, but the food arrived 50 minutes after we had sat down. When the food does arrive, it is delicious and the service, when it happens, is really good. I wouldn't choose to go back because of the cold and the waiting, which is a shame as the food is tasty and the staff are lovely.

7 Twyn Square, UskVisited this gem of a fund twice this weekend whilst visiting the area. On the first visit I had their absolutely delicious gnocchi (only regret was not asking for a little bit of bread to mop up the last of the sauce). The following day I visited with my elderly mother for Sunday Lynch. Again I had an excellent meal, slow road blade of beef with all the trimmings. As a bonus it was nice to see my mum take down one of the local bar flies in a piece of very good natured banter, much to the amusement of his mates.

Understated brilliance, relaxed and totally enthralling.Having now stayed in their rooms and sampled their breakfast we can now confirm that this is possibly the best way to spend New Years Eve!As ever, Chris' menu and the Kitchen team excelled themselves and the Front of House team are just brilliant!

Punch House
4 Agincourt Square, MonmouthUnfortunately they weren't doing food this particular day, however I asked if there was a local ice-cream shop so my son could have a treat, there wasn't one open so they let him have one for free from the restaurant so he didn't go without. Not many people like this about anymore. Fantastic. Really

Market Hall, Priory St, MonmouthMy favourite dish is Singapore Vermicelli and the Full House didn't disappoint . I asked for it abit more spicy and it was perfect. Plenty of meat and prawns . I also got sesame prawn toast , delicious. One of the best takeaways I've had .?

We ordered toastie a, paninis and cheesy chips, then back to the counter as we couldn’t resist the delicious looking cakes! Prices, quality and staff all excellent. It’s on the same site as a garden centre, so shares car park and toilets. Loads of indoor and outdoor seating. Perfect for a stop off when going in/out of Wales on A40

I have an egg allergy and they were very happy to substitute an extra sausage for the egg.Atmosphere was quiet but very friendly and overall very clean. Also has full disabled access toilets. Queens Fish & Chips
Rockfield Rd, MonmouthWe were staying for 2 nights at the caravan park next to Queens Fish & Chips and decided to have fish and chips for tea on the saturday. I downloaded the App and pre ordered our meal for tea. It was absolutely delicious, a reasonable price and everything was ready when I we collected our meal. Very pleased and would thoroughly recommend.

The extra cost is truly justified, and I'm never left feeling dissatisfied.Their additional pizza crust options are also a delightful bonus.
