Me and my other half had a email about the Christmas Drinks! We were very excited as this is a tradition of ours. We ordered 2Eggnog lattes. When we went to pick these up we had attitude from the worker asking us if we meant to order these and that is was too early for Christmas. If this is the case then why does Starbucks bring these out so soon? Please sort your staff out and enough of the attitude. We all have issues but we don't take it out on eachother. I am a Starbucks fan and this has to be the worst one I've been to. Horrible atmosphere from the staff and very judgemental on what we order.

Ordered a Venti Cappuccino, got a £4.50 paper cup full of warm milk. Sent me to sleep rather than waking me up. Check your coffee before leaving, folks.

Why is it shut? It’s not closing time. Why did I drive all this way for

Arrived at around 0845. Staff member "Julie" was talking on her personal phone in the back whilst 4 customers waited for around 10 minutes. When she finally came out, attitude was stroppy and rude and her appearance was greasy and unkempt. Ordered two caramel lattes and a panini. She had forgotten the caramel in both drinks and the oven clearly hadn't yet been turned on as it took well over 10 more minutes to recieve the food. Very poor service.

Took the offer of a Cinnamon Swirl and a large macchiato. Enjoyed the coffee, the Cinnamon Swirl was stale. What a disappointment, saved myself breakfast time hoping to enjoy a Cinnamon Swirl on my car journey and as soon as I bit into the confection it was like cardboard. So as soon as I arrived to my destination it went straight into the bin. What a waste!

The coffee isn't as bitter as it shed to be and so I can drink it.

Got drinks on the menu they don't know how to make. Asked for a matcha latte, never made it apparently?
Stuart Madden
Unusually, pastry was stale and dry (possibly yesterdays?). Coffee ok.

This place is a sea of calm. Staff are always lovely. Best beyond meat I've ever had! Coffee was perfect (and it's never normally perfect anywhere!)
