Terrible service took order through their website took payment confirmed order gave time to be delivered. Rung up to check as hadn’t arrived to be told order was cancelled and would receive money back in 3-5 working days. Now have to find suitable place and pay again for food !!!!!!!

Normally really good food but the last few times iv ordered its been a waste of money.. tonight I ordered chicken shish kebab and chips also coleslaw every bit of chicken Was burnt, hardly any salad the coleslaw was in a small tub when we ordered a large one... the portions were absolutely disgusting the prices are going up and the portions are going down.. I know times are hard but it's not the point

Unfortunate experance ordered via their website.Waited 2 hours, no delivery.Called at hour 1, female reception siad it's on the way/dispatched.Called hour 2.Advised it was cancelled and we'd have a email, with a refund, no email arrived.Normally very good 5 starts but disappointing this time.

gets food wrong and cold i ring up to get abuse down phone i then go down to sort it out and he starts swearing and threatning he then rang the police because i wanted either a refund or the order i placed no refund no food corrected
Waited over an hour for a cold delivery.. She told us £18 and the delivery man said £23. Give this place a swerve. We usually always order from here with. No issues but I think new staff are a problem the delivery guy must of thought my girlfriend was on her own the rude way he spoke to her plus he looks like a cerial killer ? he had a shock when I went to the door and give him his food back if he wasn't so old he would of been helped down then steps

Excellent customer service and an excellent bit of food. Watched them refuse to serve a customer till they wore a mask which is always a positive.Edit: popped in a few months after this and it's still the same excellent service and food
