The George Inn

We really enjoyed our stay at The Cresselly Inn! We arrived quite late, so the kitchen was already closed, but the owner ordered us some delicious Indian food, which we were able to eat in the pub from the hotel downstairs. The rooms were spotlessly clean, very comfortable and everything felt well taken care of. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. A lovely place to stay, we would definitely come back!

Baileys Arms

Had Currys from here a couple of times now. The chefs set meals are amazing. I've had the madras and both times it's been hot, hot, and tasty. The tika and korma set meals are also really really good, the chips are good, nans are good and the potato dish and keema rice was really nice as well.The only downside for us are the burgers. We tried the pulled pork and the belly pork burgers and to be honest they weren't great. If we stick to the curry and it's happy days. In general great food and great value. We'll order again soon for sure.

Tried this Chinese for the first time last night as we were in the area, I’m so impressed! Food was really fresh, everything tasted lovely! The chips were SO good! Not frozen like some Chinese's! The curry sauce was the best I’d tasted, and the rice was just perfect! Large portions & very good value for money. Thank you! Our new favourite Chinese! Lady on the phone was also super polite and friendly!

First time ordering from here. Food was perfect. Fast delivery and friendly driver. It was nice to try some new dishes too. We had tandoori chips, tandoori half chicken and chicken tikka starter. Also the mid-week special with keema bread, and chutney tray. Will definitely order again. Thank you

We are regular users of these. While we order the same dishes each time because we like them so much, every time has been excellent. Special fried rice, Special chow main, salt and pepper chicken, salt and chili pepper chicken balls, beef and mushrooms, sweet and sour chicken.

Great Chinese, we regularly use. The owners are lovely people and the staff are really friendly. The food and service are equally fantastic.

The barbecue ribs and the Cantonese chicken are really tasty dishes.

Ordered via telephone and collection this evening. Our order was enough food for a family of 3 hungry adult people. But the food was prepared quickly this evening(tuesday). It was cooked very well and still hot by time of collection ♨️

Absolutely beautiful food tonight. But I can’t understand why some days I order I have to buy a can of pop but other days I don’t. My food is £12 so expect it please without me buying something else. Apart from that it’s fine

By far the best fish and chips in South Wales.
When I travel to see my sister in Mountain Ash, I make sure I call in for freshly cooked cod and chips. The cod is huge, with loads of chips. Good value for money. Highly recommended.

So glad I didn’t listen to poor reviews, had food from here last night and it was by far the best pizza ive ever tasted, chicken on point too. Will be using again

Really nice food here. Not the first time I have eaten at the grill hut. Staff are very friendly and always happy to help. Had burger and chips meal tonight. Chips and burger was very nice. Recommend to all ?
