Just had 2 meals delivered, 1 Buttered Chicken and 1 Chicken Vindaloo, firstly the meals were delivered quickly and still warm, the meals were beautiful.

Based on the review, I agree with the least stared one. The order was cancelled and no refund was processed. I would NOT recommend it.

Ordered food at 16:50 on Uber eats. They have their own drivers so I can’t see how long until the food is arriving. They said the latest estimated arrival is at 17:30. At 17:50 I called them to see how long it would take for the food, the guy that picks up starts going on about some random story of how they don’t have gas and they can’t complete the order. He said they are fixing it now and they can send me the food after one more hour. I can understand when something happens in a restaurant what I don’t understand is 1. Why did they accept the order in the first place then if they know they are having an issue. 2. If I don’t call them up they were just not gonna let me know or deliver the food at all? Shouldn’t they call the customers waiting for a delivery to let them know in time that they have an issue so that I would’ve had a chance to make a decision and either cancel the order and order from somewhere else or decide to wait. I had to find out after one whole hour and had to order from another place and now wait another hour from the other place. What makes me even more frustrated is that on Ubereats you can request an update on the app and when I did they literally sent back that it’s in the way.

Delivery driver didn't have any manners what so ever, and food turned up luke warm, rang to complain but passed the buck and said that no management there until tomorrow ?

Placed an order on 19th Dec.Website said delivery until 11ish or later.10.15pm, looking forward to a meal after taking my mother out to the brnagwyn Hall as a Christmas treat and they cancelled the order saying no drivers. Plus, I have not, as yet, received my refund... Just Eat

First couple meals we had was lovley we could see chef cooking them we placed an order by phone last weekend and had wrong meal delivered, asked for no coriander on tikka and it was on there had no free salad or popadoms and no egg on the biriani! Won’t be rushing
Ate in every takeaway in port_talbot,some good some not,but this takeaway is very good nicely spiced dishes,and friendly staff.Parking: Bit restricted but not a problem

I drove for an hour to buy my lunch here because it clearly states on here that it's open between 12pm and 2.30pm.But it is shut at 2.01pmThere is absolutely no excuse for not updating opening hours. I am hangry.
