“now I've eaten at all 3 restaurants, and each one has never failed to disappoint!! I've had countless family events in neath mine and cwmgwrach. I've eaten in merthyr but sadly I hear that's closed now but when it was open that was outstanding too. for me the food has always been mind blowing and the touch that stuart and Asia and they're staff has made to the decor in all of these restaurants has been outstanding. the staff are always happy to help very friendly and can never do enough. but back to the food !! again I had a family doo in neath yesterday and everyone was just silent whilst eating!! that's a sign of a good restaurant....the food is so good, believe me !! my wife and I had the lamb for the upgraded menu and for me and my wife it was biblical. the cocktails were outstanding. but the price was just so good for what we had. all i will day to the mine is keep going and doing what you do easily one of the best restaurants around at the moment especially for the price. I can go to Swansea and have a meal for just me and my wife and spend 200 pounds easily, and still be hungry leaving. I think I've said enough. well done the mine”
