Only used "The Loft" ref baby shower afternoon. Staff is pleasant and efficient. Cannot comment on main meals but thought bar prices were a but steep but hotel and the grounds were very well looked

Staff great, rooms really clean but bed too small and uncomfortable, low pressure on the shower and despite staff saying that maintenance had attended the broken tap it hadn't been fixed.Rooms: Our room was a standard double, the family rooms were nicer and we looked at the bridal suite and that was lovely. If you can afford to upgrade then it would be worth it.Food & drinks: Food was lovely, would have liked to have had coffee at our table at breakfast but it was no big deal to go to the cereal table for a top up.

Just had our fabulous Wedding Day up the Glyn Clydach Hotel. Janine couldn’t do enough for us and staff were so friendly. You made our day so special Janine and made sure everything went to plan! Big thank you! Would definitely recommend booking your wedding here.. xxx ?????♀️????

Great location, quirky design, very steampunk. Strange choices made by management in some areas. Ie forcing wedding guests to use the function room bar before the wedding even takes place.

Recently celebrated our son’s engagement party and cannot recommend this venue enough. The staff have been helpful, courteous and respectful, the food WOW, plentiful and delicious and the venue itself was simply beautiful.
We all had the most amazingly fun evening and just didn’t want it to end.

Went back here after a funeral there appeared to be plenty of food with tea and coffee also a varied selection of food. There was a vegetarian selection as well

Lovely birthday venue, and the staff couldn’t be more obliging, both at check in and breakfast the following day. The rooms were comfortable and the food was lovely. Breakfast was well presented and delicious, and they catered for gluten intolerances without prior notification Thoroughly recommended
Attended a wake for close family member. The buffet was excellent, teas/coffees provided. Everything going well, but I had left my cup on another table, so not being sure which was mine, I went over to get another cup of tea, but there were no cups and saucers on the table so I asked a female member of staff please could I have a cup. Plenty of tea still in pots. I was most shocked to be told no, but I can purchase a cup of tea if I want one. I advised I wanted the tea provided for the wake please, and shocked to be told 50 cups and saucers were put out as requested/paid for, and they have all gone. This was totally out of order and unnecessary in a wake after a difficult enough day. You have totally let yourselves down and think you need to think about customer service as you have a lovely business in a lovely area, but this lets you down.

November 26th 2022. There were 60 of us at our annual church Carvery Christmas lunch...it was absolutely fabulous from beginning to end. The delicious food was so plentiful..piping hot..turkey, beef, roast potatoes and parsnips, tasty stuffing, boiled potatoes, cauliflower cheese, carrots, sprouts, pigs in blankets, lovely gravy, cranberry and horseradish sauce! What a feast it was! The decor was gorgeous! The staff were so pleasant. Can't rate this place high enough...Really great!!
