Superb every time. Eaten here before and always enjoyed the Cod n Chips. Decided as a treat to try the Lemon Sole and chips... Outstanding. Light crispy batter, no bones, and chips cooked to my taste. Slice of lemon and tartar sauce too. Sat on the patio area. Absolutely wonderful.

Ordered the special which was lemon sole and chips at lunchtime.Food cooked to order so the wait wasn’t an issue at all. Like the way they give out devices that beep when food is ready.However the chips were awful. They tasted as if they were leftovers from the previous day and reheated. Not good at all. Then the lemon sole tasted off and didn’t eat it. Overall a very unpleasant and expensive experience having paid £12.50.

I like they have the classics but they also have some things you don't usually see in a regular fish and chip shop.Chips were crispy and fluffy and the batter was crunchy and not overly greasy.

NEW Quay seafront restaurant. Food to order.. we had cod and chips with scallops . The batter was so crispy ..def worth a shout. Parking is hard to find but before April there appears to be no restrictions. & there's dolphin watch boats you can charter on the harbour .. a good day's

The best fish & chips in a very long time... I'm sorry but why can't all fish and chip shops be a great as this one!! Very helpful, friendly staff, especially when asking about gluten free options for a member of our party who is coeliac. So many gluten free options and all cooked in a separate fryer. When food is cooked it is also stickered Gf for clarity. Excellent and so rare to find. My daughter was so very happy to eat delicious fish and chips and fried Halloumi. The fish was beautiful, curry sauce is a must and the chips were pretty great too.. Keep up the good work Lime crab, would recommend highly to anyone visiting New Quay.

We visited yesterday and ordered a seafood platter. Wow, what a delight!! The fish pieces were perfectly cooked and the chips were amazing. Great value and a friendly service

Great chips, but have come again on Monday only to find it closed with no sign saying as to the reason why or any opening times (Google says they should be open)
Literally the tastiest for gluten free and so much selection. For the first time in years i had fried halloumi! I also had chips and cod bites. Well worth a visit if you're in the area and reasonable prices too. It's at the bottom by the harbour area so has good views and lots of outdoor seating

Ordered on line through Just Eat, fish and chips received on time and really hot. Couldn't wish for a better Fri.night meal with hardly any washing up. Brilliant.???
