Piazza, St George's Rd, NewquaySaw a lady at the beach with a pizza from them and instantly wanted one ourselves. After a short walk we found their van and ordered their picante and mortadella(sans mozzarella as requested)! so so good, perfect dinner and day made :)

Llandysul Road, New QuayA fantastic pub! Budgie the manager is a great guy and makes everyone feel welcome. Lovely food and excellent beer. There's tv's that they do show some sporting events on and music. Also has a pool table and two dart boards!

The Pier, S John St, New QuayWouldn't be a trip to the coast without a chippy would it! My friends had cod and squid, I had halloumi and chips. We sat in the car to eat as it was raining (obviously!) the view was rather lovely despite being grey. Staff were friendly and the food was delicious!

Cross Inn, New Quay, LlandysulI was working in the area and got invited to take part in the weekly quiz which is held each Thursday. I took advantage of the meal package they do. That is a curry of your choice with two sides, a pint of ale and entrance to the quiz.
Six members to a team maximum. The meal I ordered was a beef madras accompanied with half rice & chips. Also I had a naan bread with popadoms and mango chutney. The meal was great and the quiz even better. Our team won which was a bonus.
Staff are courteous, professional and friendly. Landlord Anthony is a gem of a gentleman. Great host for the quiz. I had a local dark ale Cwrw Gorslas which was thirst quenchingly wonderful. I enjoyed myself so much that I went back for the Sunday lunch which was also pleasant. A hearty portion of beef and turkey with plenty of veggies which tasted delicious. Waitress Brooke excelled in professionalism. Highly recommended.

Paragon House, Wellington Pl, New QuayI was travelling alone, the Staff were wonderful to me, my apartment was very comfortable had all you need, stylish and very clean. My breakfast was fantastic and beautifully presented, and brought to my apartment, the first course came on a trolly with everything on it for breakie, then 15 minutes later came your full English, which is what i ordered, I highly recommend this establishment and the Staff who are all family, marvellous, will definitely be back again soon. X

Pasty Pasty
S John St, New QuayHaving digested too many pasties over the years, we both agreed the pasty’s here were outstanding. In fact the Cauliflower Cheese was so good it entered my top 3 pasties of all time! Add a fantastic area in which to eat them, it’s a must!

Mariners
Pier Road, New QuayYum!!! These fish and chips are super tasty. The portions are huge, we split 2 portions amongst 3 people and it was still way more food than we could finish. Batter on the fish was crispy and well seasoned, and just the right amount of thickness. Chips were great as well, I loved the cook on them as it wasn’t too greasy. Definitely recommend this spot.

Dragon Palace
Hereford House, Hill St, New QuayI have read mixed reviews of this takeaway and as a result we delayed ordering from here for many months (we moved here from Sussex a year ago). I can only say our delaying ordering a takeaway from here was a huge mistake. This was the best Chinese takeaway we have ever had, we have had three from this place over a period of 4 months. Each time it was the same order, special fried rice, sweet and sour chicken balls, chicken with mushrooms and a large spring roll. Each time the food quality was superb. I genuinely do not recognise some of the reviews here. I strongly recommend you try out this takeaway.
