Flames kebab shop located in my local hometown is absolutely fantastic, everyone who works there are polite, hardworking welcoming and nothing is too much trouble as they will know I’m very very fussy with my food I like plain with just cheese and they always deliver and present their foods/meals at a high quality. They know their customers well. Even when they are extremely busy the wait is never too long. This kebab shop is a great credit to my hometown I have NEVER had a bad meal. They are also very kind to my daughter giving her a lollipop when we visit. They listen and if you have any food intolerance you only have to say and they will pay attention to thisThank you Flames ? I ordered a burger with no cheese. I repeated 3 times no cheese as I am lactose intolerant. My partner had walked 20mins to collect the order and 20 minutes back. To my disappointment I bit into the burger only to taste cheese. I immediately called the Flames and the senior manager asked me to scrape the cheese off. Honestly that is unheard of and deadly as I emphasised I am lactose intolerant. He was rude and disrespectful. I am taking this further. He told me to wash the burger or come and get another. I was on the lavetory all night and I still have cramps. What an establishment that takes dietary requirements as a joke.

I ordered an X Large doner kebab and it was absolutely tiny! Very disappointing especially considering it cost me £11!It would barely fill a small child let alone a fully grown adult. The thing should have been bursting open for that kind of money but instead it was a small portion of meat NEXT to some salad, not how it should be with the salad on top, good trick that.The meat that I did have was nice however but there should have been three times as much of it for an XL kebab.Anyway I won't return. Wake up people.

Food is horrible! Pizzas are sloppy and kebabs are disgusting! We actually travel to cardigan for a proper kebab. Made a few drunken mistakes of giving it a chance which was soon regretted! Even drunk the food is horrible.
