Slow service, only one member of staff who was trying to take orders at the bar, deal with customers at their tables and everything else required. Food took a while and was just ok. Felt unclean in the restaurant. Waitress sprayed D10 without leaving it for even a second on the tables and wiped with the same cloth on every table. Sticky dirty menus

Went for my birthday meal, waited 45 mins for mains to come everyone on my table was half way through there mains and mine finally came, I had the hunters chicken. Chips were cold and hard especially the fries. Ordered desserts children’s ice cream came within 10 mins, 20 mins until they came over and said they don’t have vegan ice cream so I had a refund, then asked 2 girls about rocky ice cream they said it’ll be coming now another 10 mins came and no ice cream so went up and told them I didn’t want to wait anymore so we had money back, it wasn’t even busy hardly anyone in the restaurant, not coming back, very disappointed ruined my birthday meal

Dietary restrictions: I am gluten and dairy free and their knowledge of the allergens were brilliant. Eaten here plenty of times with no issues.

Roast Sunday dinner. Fabulous. Hot, tasty, great veg selection, meats cooked perfectly. Pigs in Blankets to die for ... Lovely inexpensive white wine, NZ sauv blanc ... service excellent ... staff happy polite and professional. Will be back soon

Jazz was very helpful and accommodating for my gluten free husband. Informed the kitchen to not cross contaminate and even bought out cleaned cutlery with freshly washed hands. Thank you for your attentiveness

I had the most horrible time, i arrived and waited to be seated nobody turned up so myself and my partner decided to find a seat to then see 2 members of staff talking about us as though we had not waited to be seated then a waitress came over snd the thing she said was i am not happy with u i was dumb struck i then asked if we could move seats as was by the door and was cold to be told after we could see many empty seats no u cannot move all reserved the attitude was so not cutomer service i then asked for the manager who came over very laxy dazy and did nothing to make our visit nice all he said is next time book i was fuming so we left and i have made a big complaint , avoid this place horrible staff

Jazz dealt with us for the evening what a top bloke kind friendly and made our evening the food was lovely and the atmosphere is lovely also 1st time being here tonight and I would not hesitate to come back again what a nice pub and grill

Took our 90 year old mum/grandmother out for a treat, ordered our food it took 40 mins for starters to eventually come also missed one of the starters off our order (soup and nachos) and then we were told that there were no jacket potatoes available which by this time it was over an hour in. So we cancelled our mains and was expecting a full refund but they only reimbersed us for the mains. As a kind gesture of their mistake it would have been acceptable to give us a full refund including cost of starters etc So disapointed with service and wont be going back there!
