The cleanest service station and with the cleanest toilets I've used in months . Staff who know how to wear a uniform, which is clean and ironed. This team clearly take a real pride in all that they do. ( HGV driver who travels 1500 to 2000 miles a week)

Been always there for a costa coffee and fuel , always had pleasant experience with the staff.But this person called REHMA made a worst start of the day for me. Such a bossy lady behind the till??. Such a disgraceful service never going there again

What a brilliant team you have! Susan and her lovely lady assisted me with my car this morning! Friendly and so efficient. They went out of their way to accommodate me! 10 star service. Michelin worthy ?

Best fuel for the car and best customer service in Newport. All the assistants are very friendly, but the blonde lady always takes the time to talk and ask about my day, she's a class act. Great service, worth paying the extra pennies per litre and first class fuel for Mocha Joe's motor. Five stars from Mocha Joe!

The shop is a little bit overpriced but this is what you would expect at a petrol station the staff are lovely and always on hand to help come day or night, there is also the 24 hour window service and a 24 hour ATM

disgusted how staff don't want to give people receipts for petrol paid for, threatened with 'im gonna get my boyfriend here to sort you out' and using foul abusive language. been banned for asking for a receipt. Police involved and as soon as cctv is looked at, the truth will be out!!!
