First time to visit. Great service. Balsamic onion garlic bread was delicious. My main which was meatballs with pasta was bland and over cooked as in soggy. Looked appealing on arrival. Couldn't eat it all, mentioned this and rectified with the ma8n discounted off the bill. Would I go again. We ordered a takeaway meal for four. Unfortunately, only three meals arrived as Just Eat only received three meals from Zizzi. We eventually managed to get through to Zizzi who said that the problem lay with Just Eat despite the fact that they had not distributed the correct order to Just Eat. I spoke to a manager, who identified himself only as ‘Steve’ and refused to give me his surname. He was aggressive in tone and said that there was nothing he could do. He continued to shout and said to take the matter up with Just Eat before hanging up abruptly. Dreadful customer service. Please be wary of ordering a takeaway meal from the company.

Nice cosmetics but the positives end there unfortunately. My seabass dish was cooked to death, veggies overcooked and drowning in oil. Wife’s pasta had no flavour. Calamari starter also overcooked and flavourless. Service was also incredibly slow where we had to get up for attention to order and pay. Shame really.

Srinkflation. £16 pasta was absolutely tiny. When it came to pay, we were told they aren't accepting any discounts until January. Not even blue light.

Excellent meal and service. My first time to eat at this chain and i wasn't expecting it to be as good as it was In all honesty. Meals were hot and full of flavour. Nice gap inbetween courses. We Didn't feel rushed, nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant was warm and very inviting. We had a lovely meal and I can't wait to return 5*

We booked a table of 20 following my Dad's memorial service as it was one of his favourite restaurants. When we showed up there were 24 of us. Despite only two waiting staff rostered they did an amazing job making it a really memorable family occasion. Service was truly outstanding. Thank you to all at Zizzi Newport. Will definitely be bacl

Really good food, service was a tad slow but no worried as we had a lovely relaxed meal and the ambiance was lovely. Food was top quality.
