Excellent meal and service. My first time to eat at this chain and i wasn't expecting it to be as good as it was In all honesty. Meals were hot and full of flavour. Nice gap inbetween courses. We Didn't feel rushed, nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant was warm and very inviting. We had a lovely meal and I can't wait to return 5*
We booked a table of 20 following my Dad's memorial service as it was one of his favourite restaurants. When we showed up there were 24 of us. Despite only two waiting staff rostered they did an amazing job making it a really memorable family occasion. Service was truly outstanding. Thank you to all at Zizzi Newport. Will definitely be bacl

First time to visit. Great service. Balsamic onion garlic bread was delicious. My main which was meatballs with pasta was bland and over cooked as in soggy. Looked appealing on arrival. Couldn't eat it all, mentioned this and rectified with the ma8n discounted off the bill. Would I go again.
