People working here are clueless , ordered an hour in advance online and when I arrive the board says mines ready but I still stand like a lemon at the counter with 8 people refusing to make eye contact or serve me , eventually get asked and someone walks off , 5 minutes later comes back to serve someone else and ignore meMost of the staff struggle to comprehend English and if I hadn't already paid if have walked off long before as I didn't get my pre booked food until 25 minutes after , never again

Got pizza to takeaway and waited inside for it. Staff were friendly and pizza was ready in about 15 mins. Very normal Domino's pizza so tasty enough.

Ordered 2 lots of cinni dippers to share later, open both the boxes to find that we have 2 circles of salty bread, not a spec of cinnamon, How do you mess up that badly when it says cinni dippers on the blooming box? First and last time I'll be coming here. Bottom set in school half their lives.

Every time we order they can’t find our house which is literally on the main road with clear directions written in the comments.Always end up the complete opposite side of town ?♀️. Delivery service is so bad.

My first time at this chain. The food was nice enough but I would not go here again. Ordered at 18:55 and was notified my food was ready to collect 19:20. Went to collect but had to wait a further 30 minutes in the store. Just under an hour is not what I would consider 'fast food'. Staff ignored me whilst I waited at the till and didn't explain any reason for the long delay.
The worst service I ever had in my life. The rudest staff and don’t know how to treat the customers as well. Pizza weren’t good as well.

Terrible customer service, delivery drivers have no idea where they are delivering to in newtown and barely speak English.Staff in the shop is incredibly rude and instead of making a fresh pizza after my delivery got the tour of newtown they tried to hand me the original pizza that has been out of the oven for over 30 minutes at this point

I ordered and it didn’t get made and I waited for 20 mins and asked and they said they didn’t have my order until some other guy came over and said he did get my order and then they made it. I was just sitting there, only person in the store and they were not making anything.

Found the reception good and very good serviceParking: In front of the shop enough parking for 4 cars but I think there is more behind the shop.
