Ok, my second visit as I'm working in the area. Food ok, chips a little bit over done but the most annoying part is getting served after two or three other customers even though I was first in the line. Must be a look after your locals first thing !

Will not be using this chippy again. The service was terrible. Extremely expensive for a chip shop. We ordered fish cake,regular chips and small tub of beans, 1 large chips, cheese and beans, and jumbo battered sausage, regular chips and curry sauce. Cost £32.25 . 3 items I originally asked for weren’t available, I would have asked for the girl to recheck the cost but as she was already getting frustrated I walked away otherwise it would have taken the 3 members of staff to sort it out and the shop was extremely busy.

It's a o.k chip shop. Not lots to choose from. It looks a bit dated but the food is good. Can't be bad as I've used about 15 times in 4 years. There are also small tables to sit on outside.

On the way back to England after a storm destroyed our campsite, took a quick 1 mile detour to this place and got the best fish and chips I've had in years. Brilliant service, happy staff, massive portions of freshly cooked food and fed the family for 16 quid. 10/10
We visited last night after a Google search for local fish and chips- We were on holiday in Carno. can highly recommend - we struggled to finish the chips as the potion sizes are huge and our girls said the burgers were amazing and the cod and fish bites were lovely. lovely staff and great to see they are supporting their local community with free kids meals. we have left your details in the holiday cottage we stayed in.
