No card payments at main till. And self order machine both playing up, but food was correct when we received it, so definitely improving, keep it up.

Visited today and was struck by how polite the staff were and they were working early hard to get the orders out during a rush. Also massive win as the milkshake machine wasn't off. First time I've tried and succeeded at getting a McDonalds milkshake anywhere!

Very poor .all meals served with a flat warm drink with no ice .and no attempt to pre warn customers. It has been the same way hear for well over a week as the same thing happend last weekend.

Overall what should i Tell about FOODservice always nice never happend anything either in Drive-In or at the Counter (if so i will Update my Review)Ambiente is MC'Donalds they got Delivery Service and often full with Delivery Drivers(I am not against them or saying anything bad about them but Mc'Donalds should provide them a separate Room (thats my Opinion if i were the Manager i would surelyVegetarian options: Fries and Veggie Burger but dont ask me if they use Seperate Oil for Cooking !!Dietary restrictions: NoneParking: On Weekdays its OK else ON WeekEnds but this Mäci got about 20 Carparks but as said due to the DeliveryDrivers its quite hard.Kid-friendliness: It is OKWheelchair accessibility: Yes you can enter with Wheelchair (No Problem)

Food was a little slow at coming out. BUT it was 10 am on a Sunday morning. Sooooo? But the Guy who was cleaning up in there needs a medal. He was working so hard. He was very polite and helpful.Parking: Not enough disabled places.

Went to through messed my order and forced Me to go through again so they could give me the amount I ordered. Found out after that they had also messed up my original burger. But I couldn't bring myself to go around a third time.

Awful! Coke was warm with no ice, and the chips were cold! This was the restaurant at Newtown, Wales, and we've had this experience before there, so won't be going there again!

This McDonalds is disgusting, after the last time we said never again so our own fault really. Burgers are stone cold, chips undercooked. When asking the Manager "is it okay to ask for warm food?" he just scoffed "you can try". Absolute mayhem in there. Save yourself the bother and go over the road to Burger King.
