Who makes a Peach 'Iced' Tea and not add the ice!! When asking for ice to be added, I was frowned at, almost as to say 'you are so demanding', the effort, its happened on several occassions by the same employee....its a shame as there are some other friendly assistants but this particular server is definitely not customer service focused.
