AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!!Food delivered was an hour late, cold, overcooked & the chips were brown & had been hanging around for hours! Horrible food!Phoned them straight away to be told the owner had left & I was speaking to the cleaner!!! - yet it was the same person I spoke to 10 mins before, when I had to ring to ask if our order was on its way, after we had been waiting so long!When I did speak to the owner, the following day, he was not interested at all, dismissive & a complete stranger to the truth!Do yourself a favour & go elsewhere there are other, much nicer takeaways in Penarth…

I was visiting penarth from london orderd food from takeout first time it was fantastic food.chicken donner was very good.2nd day we ordered pizza and fish & chips it was amazing.thanks guys for the lovely food and quick dlivery. I will reffer my mates as well .we attendPenarth business meeting every other month.

I went in there to make an order, upon waiting for my food I had seen a rat run across the floor from behind the work top and out the door, the place is absolutely vile and then I was told no body would ever believe me to then be racially abused as I was then walking out the door, I would be very careful upon ordering from this place and I will never step foot in there ever again
First time ordering, omg the food was absolutely great, can't fault it. Delivery driver was very friendly and polite.

Food freezing cold. Phoned within 6minutes to say it was cold, took food back. Only offered half a refunded as food had been touched (plated up at home for family to say it was cold) raised voices by management and very rude. Won’t order from there again. Because of my complaint I’ve now been banned **avoid at all cost***

They used to be very good at portion size but since new menu you get less food for your money and it's not even a pitta bread under the kebabs. Chicken kebabs are full of fat and hardly any chicken I'm going to save my money instead of going here, shame really as they are a lovely family
