Would you have this in your bathroom at home? £100 per night to share a room with black mould. In fact, that under the toilet rim is not black mould. The Ultimate WiFi is pitiful, especially for a business user.

Without a doubt the worse premier inn hotel room I've ever stayed in.I usually would never leave a review but I feel like I need to for this.Musty smell as soon as I entered the ground floor room. Mold everywhere! And I mean everywhere! Cobwebs, dust, dirt everywhere! I even paid an extra £10 to check in early. I stayed there for 4 hours and couldn't bare it anymore.I have multiple photos of all the above. Just called the Premier inn customer service number, spoke to a lady called ceri from Bedfordshire. Absolutely no help or even an apology.I'll be phoning back again tomorrow because the state of the room was disgusting.I've spent alot of money over the past few years with premier inn, always had a lovely stay but this room was shocking

Lovely stay and rooms excellent and spotless. Food was good and the service throughout the check in process and the restaurant was spot on! Thank you so much, will definitely be back!

Nothing wrong with hotels, it's premier inn. But how they can associate themselves with the table table pub I don't know. The meals were overcooked, meat tough and cold and what can I say about the breakfast? Great if you like swimming in oil and spongy black pudding.Food & drinks: Avoid the table table pub, better meals and staff attitude in McDonald's.

Premier inn rooms are pretty much always of a decent standard for the price. The bed was super comfy and the staff were great. The pub next door was really friendly.

Checked in by a loverly young lady, she told me everything I needed to know. The food was fine, just like a Harvester. The water was lovery and hot, and the bed was fresh and clean. I wish I could have had a lay in the bed. Was that nice.

We always try to get a room at the Premier Inn Bridgend, it is local to my Family and friends, but also the staff have always greeted us with a smile and are very helpful, the food is of a high standard and the breakfast is unbeatable, we would certainly try to book in at Bridgend in the future. regard Malcolm

Had a quick one night stopover here July 2023 and everything was pretty much perfect. Room at the rear was very quiet, bed very comfy, shower hot and powerful and breakfast excellent.Check-in friendly and quick and so very happy to give 5 stars

The hotel was as expected and reasonable for the price. The restaurant staff in the evening were really poor and unprofessional, seeming to completely lack any training or aptitude. I was shown to my table and my order taken in an unfriendly and unwelcoming fashion, but at least fairly promptly. However, after about 30 minutes waiting (in fairness I was distracted with messaging) a different member of staff gruffly asked if I'd given my order. I had to give the order all over again and it was evident that nothing had been done with my original order. In total I waited just over an hour and when my dish arrived it was missing an element, which I was told they were "out of". The food itself was a pretty poor standard and badly cooked. The dessert was disgusting and after a couple of mouthfuls I left the rest. When I left and showed my pre-paid voucher for dinner, there was no apology or any effort to try and make me feel better about the whole experience. A waste of time that I was hoping to use to get work done and a rubbish end to a busy day.
