NO AIR CONDITIONING !!! On a very hot day? Had one of their "new" cold coffee drinks. Can't remember the name but some kind of salted caramel drink? It was awful !!!!
A personal thank you to the polite and happy staff at Pencoed Starbucks!Me and the bestie are regular drive through customers. We call here for our coffee and fruit toast before a walk with the dog. We are greeted with staff who are happy to be in work and enjoy their job, its a breathe of fresh air. If I'm being completely honest, its not even the coffee that does it for me, its the staff (James & others) and the fruit toast lol.Good job guys (staff) Mel, Nic and Cobi.

We just used the drive through at around 7.10. We just wanted to say the lad who took our order was lovely. Super chirpy for that time of day, friendly and efficient. 5 drinks delivered promptly and all delicious. Definitely recommend this Starbucks.
