“Great service at Shell yesterday, tried to use click and go as usual but it wouldn't work. So filled up the traditional way and went in to pay. Mentioned my problem and the cashier took an inteterest and looked at my phone and quickly showed me what had gone wrong so I now know what to do. Thank you for the great service!”
