Shouldn’t take online orders if they can’t keep up with the demand. Taking to long to accept the orders on there resulting in people having money taken out of their accounts twice and having to wait 5 days for a refund.

Lovely food, good portion size, but on the slightly pricier side. Hence 4 stars.

The fish may not actually be called Rhondda (I checked) but this may be the best chip shop in South Wales. The servers are just the best people and are always welcoming whenever I come back.I really recommend trying their toasted wraps ...omg... honestly, filled to the brim.

Really tasty fish supper, fish was excellent. Their homemade tartare sauce is thick and luxurious and so moreish!

Burger bun was a bit too mushy so it fell apart and chips warm and dry. Probably as it was late. Fish was also undercooked. Scampi was gorgeous. Surprising for this place as I usually get really nice food here. Would still recommend them on the basis that every other time I have visited thru have been spot on.

The place used to be amazing, food was fantastic and some of it still is but the chips have gone downhill big time. The last few times they've been either cold or not cooked enough. Yesterday half of them were green. As for the fish, very greasy batter and the fish was very dry. The only thing I've never disliked and is always nice is the fishcakes. Now they I do recommend and also they do lovely wraps especially the crispy chicken and cheese. Oh also stay away from the potato fritters, extremely greasy batter and the potato was almost raw, had to throw it away. So yeah used to like it but slowly starting to go off it now unfortunately.
Nice food, but they never have fish ready.I think they may be terrified in case they have to throw one away.

Fantastic chips....I just don't like the idea of the chip server chewing gum Whilst serving If I'd have seen any spit going into my food I would have reported them .......

I’m not from this area but have been looking after my twin grandsons and dog on a Monday throughout the school hols. The blonde lady has gone out of her way every week to take my order from outside the shop (due to double buggy and dog)and sort the food for my 3 Yr olds. A breath of fresh air to have such amazing and friendly service. Thank you!Kid-friendliness: Excellent service every time.
