First time to use The Hot Wok and what a lovely surprise. Staff were very pleasant at the counter and the food was piping hot on collection.The food was lovely. All the meats were tender and cooked perfectly. We both enjoyed our meals which was chicken in a black bean sauce and special curry. The prawn crackers were very tasty and beautifully crisp!!A brilliant take away and one not to miss!!

Got our order wrong waited for over an hour wen they said they be 30mims. We rang them to correct and they said we didn't order the item but wen they read the order bk wen placing it'd on there? We spend alot of money ere but wil never order ere again definitely

I went for a Take Away at Hot Wok in Pontarddulias last night (06/08/23) at about 6.30 pm. I was Charged 30p to put my sauce in a Pot and wait for it, 50p for Salt and Vinegar. I couldn't taste Salt and Vinegar on my Take Away? This is a **** take?!!!

Lovely place to have a take away. Food is made fresh and taste very authentic. Highly recommend. The staff at front desk and very friendly and helpful. Definitely will be ordering again.

We really love the food here and recommended this take away.Food is consistently delicious, high quality throughout the year and great portions.Tonight, for New Year's eve, we had quarter crispy duck - delicious, also Peking Spare ribs - so tender they melted in the mouth and best ribs I've had in a long time.Sweet and sour chicken mains also delicious and good size portion.

We always have a take away from here and the food is always lovely. Had it tonight and the ribs were fatty, the sauce was full of oil , and the chips were hard , and oil needed changing. I did phone and speak to the restaurant and they did give ribs and chips again which were worse than the 1st time. You could see the oil layered on the top of the bbq sauce, and the ribs just full of fay again . Put us off our food and spoilt our meal.
