Went for a family meal, there were quite a few of us but in all fairness that didn't seem like any trouble for the staff. Staff were friendly and accommodating and a good laugh. Food was good and a half decent pint too. Well worth a visit.Parking: Parking at the front is limited but space up around the back.Kid-friendliness: No issues having kids there for a meal.
My family and I went for Sunday lunch and it was cooked to perfection. Could not fault anything at all. The staff were brilliant and friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Would recommend this place all day long. Can't wait for next time I book ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Best roast dinner I've had in a long time. Starter I tried was wild garlic and nettle soup which was delicious. I ordered the chicken roast which was moist, not dry, potatoes perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle, vegetables not overcooked just perfect and loved the celeriac sauce and cauliflower cheese and crispy Yorkshire pud as accompaniments . Highly recommend this friendly, homely pub.
