Extremely rude staff , seem to be run and managed by children as managers too place definitely needs a clear out staff wise and a shake up with their team , training in customer service skills wouldn’t go a miss too , I worked here many many years ago when I was younger much better managed back then than it is now sort it out !!

I ordered a peice 5 chicken select meal, a double bacon cheeseburger and mozzarella dippers.The burger wasn't in the bag, didn't realise till I was on the motorway.Gutted! Very bad considering the prices have gone up recently too! Was not even busy!

Worst maccies going tbh. I've been there a few times during work and I won't be again. Every time I've been the fries have been cold and stale and the burgers are cold. I have to warm everything back up

Went through drive through for coffees, had a bump in the carpark this afternoon and the staff couldn't have been any friendlier and helpful.

Ordered a double bacon Big Mac , a bacon mayo chicken a Caesar and bacon wrap and large fries .I received, a regular Big Mac in a double bacon box , a regular mayo chicken , and no sauce at all in my wrap , I didn’t realise any of this until I opened it once I arrived home.Absolutely appalled will not be returning

I don’t know whether it’s some kind of sick joke but i received what I thought was a double cheeseburger and to my surprise it was just a bun with cheese… NO BURGER MEAT! Absolutely disgusted by this. and to top that off the server didn’t put the lid on my drink properly resulting in my car being covered in coke and myself! absolute horror.
