Fantastic food and atmosphere. Make sure you book in advance as it's only a small restaurant.Service was great, did have to wait about 10 minutes for our table but not really an issue as we booked quite late. Would recommend and will definitely visit again.

Never been here before. Absolutely blown away by the quality of food never mind the portions! Took advantage of the lunchtime special on pasta. Amazing. Service was excellent with a warm welcome. Facilities great. Never expected to find a jewel like this where it's situated. Will definitely be going back.

Nice little restaurant, friendly staff, good menu selection. Service a little slow and they didn't have the fish my partner ordered but didn't tell us straight away, only about 10 mins after placing order. We're helpful in finding an alternative.

We booked a table for 7, but wasn't able to be sat for 20 minutes. This was the only downside of the visit. The food was amazing, we ordered too much food and had to have a to go box, to finish the rest the following day. The staff were really friendly and polite. Prices are very good here, not too expensive but a nice feel to an authentic Italian. Would definitely arrange to go back, this is a very busy little restaurant with high demand. So book early not to miss out!!

We've been coming here for 3 years every few months sometimes just as a couple and sometimes with larger groups of family and friends. The food is always excellent. It is served fresh and hot and tastes amazing. The waitresses are always friendly and attentive even when its extremely busy. The tables and chairs are always spotless and the manager makes sure the place runs smoothly and creates a good welcoming atmosphere. Consistently a good experience ?
Haven't been for a long time but yet again the food was absolutely amazing! Took my fiancée as a treat being his first time and he loved it. Food fresh and delicious, huge portions so never walk away hungry. Atmosphere still so homely and the wait staff are so friendly. We both cannot wait to go back again soon!

Not sure I would come again. Food is nice. And the waitresses were friendly. However the atmosphere isn’t great. The man who I assume is the owner/manager is not welcoming. He seems overwhelmed with groups. And is visibly unhappy. He insists groups preorder food which is fine. But he does not allow you to visit the bar to order drinks and instead insists tables run a tab. 25 of us were not willing to attempt to work out drinks at the end. So were put off at being told we weren’t allowed to visit the bar. His attitude annoyed me. And when I saw him scold a waitress I was even more annoyed. Not for me. I don’t like being made to feel unwelcome or told to remain in my seat

We went on a quiet early evening mid week. The restaurant was clean and well presented. You could tell that the owners had thought carefully about the décor, even down to the fresh flowers at each table.We were seated quickly as we had pre booked a table, and the waitress was attentive and friendly to our needs. We decided against the wine list and went for the tap water instead that was chilled and had fresh lemon, which was a nice touch.The food portions were generous, and the quality of the food was excellent! Everything was presented well and tasted fresh and delicious.This was a lovely spot for a romantic meal and would be a great place to have dinner with friends too. We will definitely return. It was authentically Italian and really enjoyable.
