Delicious fresh food (chicken and chorizo pie was especially good) with good portion sizes. Very friendly staff and ambience was great with the crackling fire. Will come back if in the area again!

Amici D’Italia Pontypool

One of the finest Italian's I've ever been too, proper authentic, never been disappointed with the food and alcohol here. Every time I dare to step out of my comfort zone and try a new dish, it always surpasses expectations.

Glad to have the benefit of it being on my dorostep.

Service is professional and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone.

Harvester Pontypool

All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming, Tim our server was fabulous, bbq chicken stack was amazing, and the choux bun was stunning. Service was excellent

Sunday lunch today 29.09.24 Food was really good . However service was very much behind what it should be .
Waited over 40 mins to be offered dessert and it took another age before it was presented . Table next to us waited nearly 2 hours for their mains to come out .

Garlic Authentic Indian and Bangladeshi Takeaway

Our food arrived on time and was still hot throughout. The food was lovely. I called the restaurant as we have allergies in our household and they could not have been more helpful. Will definitely order again.

Front Row Food

Was in the area and wanted to support a local business at lunch time rather than a chain cafe/restaurant. I knew of the place so popped it into the sat nav and off we went. We had the beef dinner and a latte each. The dinner did not disappoint! Generous helpings of everything and utterly delicious. Would go back if in the area again.

Family Grill House

Had a bad experience a week ago with order not turning up but owner messaged me and apologized directly and offered us 40%off next order to try them again and I was impressed this time. Bit of a hiccup with ordering on phone at start with order and address being wrong but they phoned me to make sure it was right and we corrected it. Food arrived quickly and was very tasty. Glad we gave u a 2nd chance and thankyou for the apology.

Market Square Coffee House

I visited here this afternoon, the lady that owns the establishment was lovely, really attentive! It has an assortment of coffees, made to order and served in a generous sized mug, there's also several food options, fresh baked onion quiches assortment of sandwiches, toasties all made to order. A Variety of homemade cakes and sweet treats are also available, served with cream or custard at a steal of a price, I was recommended a cherry cake today and it was, warm moist and beautiful. The coffee was the best I've tasted, a lot more value for money than your usual Greggs, Starbucks or Costa coffee.

I will be back as often as I can, the service, the coffee and food was unbelievable. 6*

My favourite Chinese. Food is always piping hot and ready really quickly. Every item we’ve ordered has always been really tasty and good portion sizes, always get the salt and chilli chips and salt and chilli chicken balls, wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

The gentleman at the till who served us was delightful. After an eventful day, my family were quite miserable and he cheered us right up. He recommend places to go whilst we were visiting in wales and he was just so lovely. Food was delicious but the service was exceptional. Thank you to the gentlemen who served us. I’m not sure on his name but he recommend the Four Waterfall hike.

Dinos Kebab

One of the best Chicken Shish Kebab I have had in Wales. Plenty of salad and the pitta was the best I have tasted. My partner had the House special of Kofta, Lamb and chicken with vegetables. It was huge portion size. And the chips were the best I have tasted.
I would definitely order from here again. The meat was not over cooked and extremely tender, and not greasy at all.

New Yummies

Absolutely devastated they are shut for the month. I've tried every other takeaway around Pontypool and Blaenavon and none of them do a kebab like yummies. They are all dry with hardly any salad or sauce. Can't wait for yummies to open back up after their holiday to have a proper kebab. Enjoy your holidays yummies

Tamarind Pontypool

There food is authentic and delicious. So last week I have eaten their tamarind flatter and Tikka biriyani also peshwary Nan all were really tasty.Parking: The place is nice and front side of restaurant so spacious anybody can use free parking.

Istanbul Kebabs & Pizza House

Popped in for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the prices what a different to what I pay in Cwmbran. Food was great I had chicken shish kebab with plenty of salad and garlic sauce and it was bloody lovely. So from now on I travel from Cwmbran to get my kebab and it still works out cheaper than paying what I've been paying even with fuel costs. Boys you've got yourselves a new customer!!!!!

Taste Good

This is probably the best Chinese takeaway I've ever been to. The staff was nice and the food was delicious ?. I ordered salt and pepper fries and it was so good I can't explain it! The best, I recommend this Chinese takeaway

Food has always been great, I don't know if there's been a change of cook or something but it was exceptional tonight. Crispy chilli beef was really crispy and fresh, huge portion too. I don't know what they put in the beef and brocoli sauce but it's beautiful

Mushroom chow mein and chicken curry, beef an cheese spring rolls and salt and chilly chicken balls..omg was stunning..the containers were cardboard so easily recycled...the delivery was bang on time..amazing service and food was banging..thank u so much.
