Everything absolutely tasteless took one and half hours to come the chicken madras tasted of pepper no other taste so haven’t been touched sheek kebab worst thing I’ve ever tatsed haven’t a clue what kind of meat it was but I can tell you that wasn’t any kind of meat I’ve ever tasted pure rank and the keema rice omg another level of the worst ever tasted best thing for this place is either get a new chef which actually knows what Indian food is and how to cook it or just knock the place down to go with the meal they delivered to me ( demolished )

Have ordered from Asiana on multiple occasions without any complaints but tonight after waiting 2 1/2 hours for delivery I have to say was the worst food I have ever had from an Indian takeaway. Think there must be new owners

We’ve ordered from here multiple times before with no problem, but tonight we ordered a Lamb Biriani and a Lamb Saag and it was terrible. The Lamb in both was rock solid, totally overcooked, and the saag was so salty, it tasted like it had been made with seaweed not spinach! We phoned to tell them and they just said the Lamb is hard because it’s cooked in a tandoori oven!! They offered us 20% off our next order, but we won’t be ordering from there again!! Very disappointing

hasnt bloody arrived after ordering as soon as they opend will never be using this resturant ever again try to ring throught to see whats going on phone line is constantly busy shows that they dont care at all about there paying customers i was told via email from the resturant it would be with me within 1 hour been waiting for over 2hours now still no food this place should be shut down

Ordered a couple of Tikka Wraps with Chips and chicken Korma. Had previously and big filling portions on the wraps. This time was around 20g of chicken tikka chopped into ridiculous small pieces. No value for money at all being £7.95 EACH

Absolute day light robbery. Charge £5 delivery charge for a 2.6 mile round journey. Our Chinese, who is further away, charges £2 for the same journey. You won't be open much longer ripping people of Pontypool like this. You should be ashamed and seek forgiveness ??
Asiana is our favourite Indian restaurant in Pontypool. The gentleman that serves us is always friendly and accommodating and the food has always been delicious. As a vegetarian, my favourite dish from there is the aloo gobi ?
