Normally have always had good food from Chans Noodle bar Pontypool but tonight's meal was very disappointing. Pancake roll was very hard, sweet and sour sauce was watery and the quality of the other food was just poor.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!I had a veg chow mein last night. 6/11/23All night had stomach cramps.This afternoon I had projectile vomitting ! I have never felt so ill. I was bed ridden all day.Contacted them at 6.45 to complain.Manager said that he has had no other complaints so cooking and food must be good.In other words he is calling me a liar.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FOOD FROM HERE.I advise you do the same !!!!!!!!!!Vegetarian options: Disgusting rotten food which will give you a serious case of D and V

i wouldn’t of even given it 1 star, absolutely vile service. Rude obnoxious ladies in there, did not look like they even wanted to be there. Asked a simple question and had the response of an eye roll back and very rude and not helpful answers. Would not be going back there to waste my money

Sorry for the negativity but this was the worst Chinese I've had in a while. Everything was just completely tastless. Chow mein was dry with no taste, sweet and sour sauce was like water, chicken curry was thick and like jelly before I gave it a stir. Nearly £30 wasted. You guys need to do better.

Ordered food on their app and paid for it. Order was accepted then cancelled with no explanation by an email stating the refund would take 3-5 working day. App deleted and will never order again.

The order arrived 45 minutes late, cold and incomplete, won't be ordering again! When I called to say there's items missing, she asks did you still want this? Unbelievable!
