I will get straight to the point. Don't bother and save your cash! Ordered 2 large bags of chips, sausage and chicken curry tonight and the chips and sausage were terrible. There's absolutely no excuse for this and the staff must have known they were giving us left overs that had been hanging around for ages. The chips were bits and pieces, hard and rubbery and had no substance to them and the sausage was also rubbery and not at all fresh. I'm local so could have been a regular customer but I shall never use again! Fed up of paying for food from places that take no pride in their business. It's also a matter of safety as we consume this stuff!

Where do I even start, me and my partner regularly come here for a treat on a Saturday. Lovely staff, always wanting to make conversation with us. The food is always immaculate and fills our tummy’s. I really recommend the chicken nuggets. They are a delight to feast on. Paired with a large chips is a wonderful treat. Amazing. Definitely recommend. The wait is not an issue at all, maybe at a maximum of 10 minutes! So fast!

My first time ordering was lovely food came hot and fresh like they was trying to make a good impression after that food was cold wrong orders but still wanted to support a local business the last resort with this place was when I rang to complain politely they said nothing and hang up on me and stay away from the savaloy taste like a dog toy I will no longer be ordering

Im not one for leaving bad reviews but unfortunately we just collected our evening meal and it is terrible. I'd go as far as saying the chips are inedible ?, such a shame as we have had lovely food from here before, a few months ago the food was ok and we thought it was a one off but tonight its awful, ended up in the bin, out of pocket and still have 4 hungry mouths to feed. Service was good as usual and i appreciate they were busy, but I'd rather wait longer and have decent food. Chips are rock hard, crispy and dry.

It took ages to come when it did it was cold sloppy andhardly any chips, worst fish and chips ever. Driver didn't apologize for being so long. Inedible food left hungry. I can't justify paying over £10 for cold soggy and hardly any food. Friday night is no excuse.

Been using Denise's for a long time but lately its going downhillThe last 3 times now i have pre ordered the food over 2 hours in advance for delivery and i am having to ring or speak to an agent to find out where it is over 30 minutes late again tonight.When pre ordered it shouldn't be late.
