Terrible experience, ordered to eat in, waited 40mins for food to arrive while watching all the just eat delivery drivers hogging the counter leaving no space to speak to a member of staff. When food finally arrived the tub of beans was some sort of chicken stock liquid. The orange tango was flat and dark in colour. After forcing delivery drivers out the way, I eventually got the pot of grease changed. Then the staff would turn there backs. To busy with delivery drivers and not the person who has left there house to dine in and enjoy food with family.Also all the bins were over flowing with rubbish inside restaurant and no napkins.Personally I should have asked for my money back if I could have got someone's attention ? so I gave up and left.Seriously KFC you need a separate counter for delivery service and not ruin the experience of the in house dinners

Avoid coming here if you want your food quickly or your order correct. 9/10 there is something missing and the service is unbelievably slow. Expect waits of up to an hour on a weekend evening as all the delivery orders are prioritised.

My food was really lovely, the staff were prompt and friendly, however, this was my son's food which cost me £4.99. I'm sure there was meant to be more but as I used the drive-thru, I didn't realise until I unpacked. Really disappointed that this cost so much and this was all he had.

Love the food but always dread going there because of the service. Very rarely get what I ordered and they only tell you they haven't got something after they've given you your food instead of updating the self service screens. Tonight was the rare exception but perversely there was no classic chicken on the screen despite it being in stock so had to discuss the options at the till after spending 10 minutes being ignored by every member of staff who walked past it. Never seems to be enough staff on, don't think I've ever seen anyone over 19 there and they just don't seem to give a damn. Never any serviettes either.

AVOID! Ordered through deliveroo. Waited but never came. Contacted deliveroo and said that they were informed that the place have shut already and didnt have the products ordered but they accepted the order and was not informed until I contacted deliveroo personally. Very poor service.

Oh dear think they need help here. Parked everyone up no food coming out. Fast food restaurant only if you have an hour to wait. Hair dangling on servers. Charging more for bags without details when ordering. Feel sorry for the staff. CarPark good though and no sign of Rats. Feel sorry for these girls where is the

If i could have given this 0 stars I would have. Absolutely ridiculous. The service was very poor and was dealing with a very ignorant worker. 2 hours before closing and they were selling nothing. Apparently was all out of most foods. Tried to negotiate cause they didn't have popcorn chicken and see if they could give us like an extra chicken strip instead but said we wouldn't be able to have the meal whatsoever bc they didn't have popcorn chicken. Was incredibly ridiculous and if they had no food they might as well close. Absolutely ridiculous.

Staff squashed our food (which was cold) into a bucket with no lid and didn't supply the full order (missing 8 hot wings) Refused to answer the phone when I rang to complain. Worst service I have ever had from a KFC will never use this branch again.

Gave up waiting ages in the drive thru, said good could be another 20 minute wait. Just left but glad I saved my money. Dreadfully

Usually one of the better fast food places in the area, but the down side of being on an A road is that going back isn't really practical when the food isn't right. Tonight I had a box mesh that was really hot and tasty - would have been even tastier if they'd towered the burger like I'd paid for and remembered to put the side order in the box.Google has asked me for an update. Today's order needed to be microwaved after the 8 minute drive home. Chicken bites that tasted like they'd not seen heat in an hour and chicken so stale that the coating had come off the skin in one piece!

Waited 10 mins to be served and then another 25 mins for our food (with only a couple of customers in the restaurant, it wasn't like they were dealing with peak demand), and when it arrived it wasn't very fresh.The drive thru orders seemed to take priority and were getting served much faster, would recommend this instead of ordering at the counter.
