I went through drive thru I ordered just one large fries and cheesey bites and they made me wait for almost 30 mins even no one didn’t respond to me at final i went inside and collected the foodIts completely lack of laziness and proper response for customer these happened twice to me I don’t like these

28 minutes to be served in the restaurant. Drive thru queuing onto the roundabout so foolishly went inside. Machines failed to give an order number, so no one knew what order was who’s. Uber eats orders flying out the door and yet no service for the people waiting in the restaurant. When asking how long it would be I was told by one manager I was keeping her from making orders. When I explained that we had waited nearly half an hour to another manager I was told they were staff down. Enough staff to continue Uber eats but not face to face service! Absolutely appalling

Fast food??? Don't think so, stuck in queue for 20 mins. We're told to order at window. Another 10 mins rolled by - seemed that they were taking order by order from the payment window and would have been there for at least another 20 mins. Probably could have had a faster 3 course meal in a restaurant.In summary, we bailed over the kerb on the bend and will never go back there again (locals that regularly visit).You suck ?
All those precious ingredients, grown and nurtured by proud farmers. And then delivered to this McDonalds where staff have the audacity to serve it stone cold after making you wait for 20 minutes. Bad food, bad experience.

Don’t bother. This is my local McDonalds and I’ve got to be honest and say it’s appalling.If you order food? Don’t expect to get all of your items.You want hot food? Don’t expect to get it hot, it’ll come coldSauces? Forget itSpecial order? They’ll just create whatever they want and ignore the stickerThe staff aren’t pleasant at the best of times and the wait times are ridiculous.Do yourself a favour, travel anywhere else and get food from there. This store not worth your money.

The food was fine per se. I ordered my burger without pickle, but I ended up with pickle. I ordered a happy mean with a toy, it came with a book. It's also freezing in there, take a winter coat if you eat in.

Previous bad experiences led me to not expect much but fair play pontypool mcdonalds you far exceeded expectations. Two lanes of drive through but no order until you get to the window... This is the norm not a once off. 30 mins in still waiting Worst mcdonalds in the Uk Avoid at at all cost They say 24 hour but close sevice unless pick up and concentrait on pick ups while customets trapped in car lanes are made to wait. Awful service, avoid
