Went to this subway at 5:45pm. Guy just stood at till and continued to ignore us. Asked if it was open and was met with excuses of been told to close early as he's on his own. Bad attitude and shall never return to this branch of subway again. Sort it out! Avoid!

Absolutely shocking hygiene standards. Worker has finished wiping the floor and proceeded to serve the food without washing hands .When he was asked, he justified it by saying they put gloves anyway. Not, not and not! You're working with food. You are touching gloves after cleaning the floor!At least he was polite and washed the hand when asked. Hovewer, he attempted to put fewer slices of meat, possibly assuming the customer is not aware how should be in receipt, common occurance in many subways.

Store opens at 8am..8.15 was refused service guy saying not open.. just sat playing on his phone. Rolls and ingredients where out.. he couldn't be bothered....

Why offer delivery when you never bother delivering! Worst Subway ever! Cancelled my order, reordered something totally different, cancelled that too, reordered something else, cancelled again, and again! I basically ordered six different subs in six different breads with six different fillings and apparently they were all out of stock? Lies, lies and even more lies, proven by the fact that when I got a lift down to the store they had everything I had wanted? Why bother offering a delivery service if you can’t be bothered to deliver!! Stick your store, I’ll be using KFC and Maccy D’s from now on you useless bunch of shaved chimps!

Went to this subway today, I am absolutely appalled with the service I received! First had to wait 10 minutes to get the employees attention in a separate room, then only had 2 types of bread available (the restaurant was dead so no excuse to why there was hardly any stock) then made the sandwich to then be told I’m only allowed 3 salads on my sandwich I’m sorry when your paying the prices for these sandwiches I would like what I want on it! I was then told that this subway doesn’t do salad boxes which is an absolute joke I think the staff at this store need some proper training (yes I’ve work in subway for 4 years) I ended up leaving without my sandwich it was appalling
Some random guy in an outdoor jacket and combats was leaning over my sandwich while it was being prepared by a uniformed member of staff. His arm was literally cm’s away from my food while it was being prepared. He appeared to be doing some kind of check on the fillings at the front display. Not hygienic. Won’t be going back again.

It's almost worth going, just to compare the pictures on the menu with what you actually get. The differences between the two would be comical if it wasn't so ludicrously expensive. It must be difficult to get happy staff who care.

Ordered on the app just as my partner arrived outside to pick up he had a phone call to say they couldn’t fulfill the order as they had no bread why take orders then so no food and no refund either as they don’t give them in store definitely won’t be ordering again and Most definitely won’t recommend them

Absolutely ridiculous they don't close until 6pm i always arrive about 5:15 -5:20pm when i finish work and i can never get the sandwich i want toastied because they have turned it off to clean which is wrong and unfair i know it takes about 10mins in total for it to cool down for you to clean as i used to work for them they also won't do any snacks after 5pm... fair enough if it was quarter to or twn to closing time but not after 5pm or quarter passed manager is never tere to speak to we get you prepari g to close down but things should still be available your lossing custom.... i dont mind being contacted i know the owner of the franchises and i will be informing him aswell.
