Lovely cafe - great selection of drinks and the cakes are stunning ? Zig loved the doggy ice cream after her walk ? The staff are really friendly and it's dog friendly which is handy when just you and the dog have gone for a stroll ?

Lovely little cafe serving up some tasty food and drinks, situated at the head of some picturesque lakes.Level, tarmacked paths make it easy to walk, ride a bike or use a mobility scooter, around the waters and there are picnic tables and benches aplenty.A great day out indeed.

Walked over from the Graig...nice flat tarmac’d path...ideal and safe for kids on scooter or push bike and prams. Nice big car park...lovely large flat grass area, ideal for picnics...large seating area for patrons of the cafe....a lake and children’s play area. All in all, definitely a good place to take children.

This is a great little cafe with a really nice vibe which we visit regularly. It has a large field at the front of the cafe which is great for ball games with the kids or even exercising the dog. There is a large car park which is free. The coffee is really good and reasonably priced. We have tried a few of the different burgers and loaded fries on offer, and they have all been a good sized potions and tasted great. There is a pond and a park located at the cafe. There are numerous bike tracks all over the mountain located nearby. My kids are 10 and 3, they both enjoy the little track at the entrance near the car park and the bmx track just below the cafe. There is also a bike shop on site which is handy if you happen to have a mishap on the trails.Highly recommend this place!Kid-friendliness: Great for kids, little pump track, park and a pond with ducks

Fantastic cafe! The selection of cakes are fantastic. They all look home made. I had the Victoria sponge slice which was gorgeous. I also had a hot chocolate which was really good. My companions all had hot food which they said was delicious too. They were super busy yet they were attentive and very fast. The young man in there even brought my drink and food out to my table because I'd bought too much to carry!

Love this place! Nice for a scenic walk, lots of dog walkers, ramps for bikes and scooters. Electric charging points available for cars. The cafe is has a rustic style with lots of options for food drinks and ice cream where there’s also plenty seating indoors and out. Bike hire available at a cost as there ramps and paths to explore. Does get quite busy but a nice place to visit with children with a great park also with picnic benches available.
