Owner changed my collection time 15 minutes before I was due to pick up due to her being unwell. I don’t mind times changing as these things can’t be helped when people are unwell. But when stated I couldn’t pick up at the new collection time due to picking children up from school she told me that’s out of her control. I was told I can’t pick up at a time that suits me which was a bit later as her staff need to go home to collect their car & no one will be there. This was their error not mine I feel as an owner you should do a new time to suit your customer as your the one who’s changing it so last minute. I Ended up cancelling order a day before my child’s birthday due to them being unreasonable with a time to suit myself.

Always an amazing experience. Food is always high quality, great presentation and amazing taste.Went for Bruce Daddy rather than usual Milky Way Waffle and was sooooo good.Love going for collection where I can as can also get one of their awesome bakes, as well as say hello to more of their lovely staff!

Omg - I'll be coming here in future. I had quite a big order to share with family as everything looked so good. First off, the brownies are a dream - so light and fluffy, not stodgy at all. They melt in your mouth and taste like heaven. The giant cookies are to die for - I paired mine with Ben and Jerry's after microwaving in for 50 seconds. It was beautiful, very light and tasty but not overly sweet either. I honestly thought after a few mouthfuls any of it would be sickly but every thing we've tried so far, each person has said how tasty and light each item it. I couldn't rave this business more, everything was beautifully made and tasted amazing. Thank you so much - you've converted this family in to regular customers!

It's such a nice place to go very welcoming and friendly had a great chat and delicious food I had the daddy pancake chocolate orange stack and it was so morish also tried the cupcakes and they were that good that me and my mother bought the rest of the cupcakes in store to share with family and friends would defiantly recommend this place to anyone with a sweet tooth???

If you want that dessert that hits the spot of nommyness then you need a bocs. Quality of the food,the money,the cleaniness and of course the taste. Hard to choose which to demolish each time.. Keep it up bocs forever a customer A*****

We've visited many times and always great service from the girls ❤️I always choose the stuffed cookie particularly the white chocolate one ?
As most things are made to order, it can be a bit slow. Saying that when items arrive nice and fresh they taste lovely.
My wife loves it when I bring her cakes from here - she thoroughly recommends!
