Rustic and old style cafe. Although the prices were a little non competitive. By that I mean alot for what it was. But nice scran...probably won't make a habit of going due to the price.

It's my favourite cafe in pontypridd. The food is typical cafe food. Options for vegetarians very limited, even more so for vegans. The staff are amazing. Probably the best coffee in ponty, imo. The knickerbockerglories are sublime, affogato makes a nice change if you don't fancy more traditional desserts.Vegetarian options: Limited veggie options. A "Glamorgan" sausage is the main option. It's not Glamorgan, it's a vegetable sausage. The staff will pop to tesco for Richmond veggie sausages if you ask nicely and then you can get an absolutely bangin roast lunch!Parking: The cafe is on the highstreet. Ponty has about 5 carparks, so parking not a big issue.Kid-friendliness: Don't think there's another place in ponty that is more kid friendly tbh. Great place to take your kidsWheelchair accessibility: Nice wide door, staff happy to move furniture for you to fit. Regularly see wheelchairs in there.

Back to the old school, had the corned beef pie, chips and gravy, teleported me back to my childhood I was happy sitting there loving every bite of my food and forgetting about my problems for a bit. Lovey food and atmosphere. I'm a regular now.

Just had a lovely lunch. I got the turkey roast with an orange juice. VERY friendly service, nice food, priced, good sized portion. Exactly what I wa looking for, I'll definitely be back again.

Excellent breakfast reasonably priced. Staff are friendly, attentive and efficient. Car parking less than 5 minutes walk away I would recommend the big breakfast
