Second time they have messed our order up the first time it took 4 attempts to put it right, this time they got it right Second time and on both times we spent over £30 and all they could do was apologise. Fair to say I will NOT be wasting our money here again.

Shocking £7 for chips to receive less than a hand full when phoned female couldn't understand me and when asking for someone who could assist I was told no then when she finally called someone to assist she called me a man I'm very much a female thanks customer service needs improvement, food portions need improvement massively very disappointing I don't recommend at all should have gone toshogun take away.Morning after both people unwell after food sick and re tasting food stomach pain ?1 star is to much 0 stars given here.

Waited an hour and a half for our food. Called 3 times and kept being told it was on its way. On the last phone call was told that the driver had dropped them so took them back for fresh, told we would have fresh milkshakes with this and it would be 5 minutes. Nearly 20 minutes later it eventually turns up half warm, milkshakes melted and tiny bits of plastic in one. When calling the restaurant back no answer at all. Awful customer service!

Fast delivery and good food but always forgets your drink. When I receive my food I’d like to sit down and eat it pretty much straight away but you can’t as you’ve got to ring and then wait for them to bring it back to you. Don’t get me wrong it’s always rectified but why does it always happen?
Got a Texas bbq pizza from the domino’s is treforest Pontypridd….and it has no quality…the toppings are tearing off from the crust..like it’s not even served properly…it’s not eveb cut properly..I have to cut it with my hands…to be fair next time will rather get from papa Johns…the staffs at domino’s treforest don’t know what they are doing lol

Avoid this branch at all costs. The driver spent ages looking for my property. Eventually he turned up (apparently), but couldn't be bothered to walk down to my front door as it seemed and was just wasting time. I complained to the branch about it, but I had to keep repeating my home address over and over. Still didn't get it right. Useless!!!

My husband paid £24 last night for / pizza,s that was with 50 % off. I have photos of the food and it was an absolute joke. They where so thin I thought it was cream crackers , I’m so disgusted ?. We drink in Treforest and will be letting everyone know not to use this branch

Spent £24 for two large pizzas thin and crispy I didn’t expect the toppings to be like skin graft. Even the tomato on the base was so thin and the cheese well still looking for it. I have never had a pizza so skimpy and tasteless in my life
I would definitely recommend a no frills Tesco pizza more fillings in a 7” and not waste your hard earned money on a poor quality food from Dominoes
