Awful. I called as there was an issue with ordering. After explaining the situation to the member of staff they said you best speak with the manager. They took my number and repeated it so I know they had the right number. 30 minutes passed and no call back, after this I called and called back with no answer. Didn't even get any food from there in the end.

Perfect company to order from if you want to wait 3 weeks for your pizza to be delivered, and have the store manager laugh in your face! Still waiting for my refund and pizza ?Maybe I’ll receive my pizza before the next FIFA World Cup final ?‍♀️?‍♀️Don’t worry. Dominos came to the rescue! ?Still waiting for a message back off Facebook customer service.

Very disappointing service. My daughter placed her order at 16:30 and was informed after paying the bill that delivery would be around 15:45-18:00.After waiting almost an hour later than the original delivery time stated we rang the store. Could get any answer at first but after a few call backs we finally managed to speak to someone to be told that our pizza was on its way and would be with us within 7 minutes?(as he explained to me he could track delivery through my details and postcode.)I asked why it was so late and that we had no correspondence in regards to this. The gentleman did apologise but kept saying it is on its way and will be with you in next few minutes.(Nothing on why it’s taken so long?)Nearly 30mins later the delivery guy turns up. When asked why it wasn’t delivered sooner or when promised he said that he wasn’t aware of the time promised and only now was bringing it out for his slot of deliveries?Not sure if they have taken on to many orders or not enough drivers? But sadly making a child wait 1hr and 30mins over the promised delivery time which in total was nearly 3hrs I would definitely not recommend and be using this establishment again.

Ordered nearly 2 hours ago now, rang 10 times to no answer.After ordering and having it accepted at 625pm I went down at 9 only to see it was closed. It was not closed on their website nor should they have accepted our order if that was the case.

Not even worth 1 star! Absolutely disgusting the pizza box was open on delivery called then back and spoke to the manager who said he’d call me back in 5 mins it’s been 45 mins no call back and food in the bin ABYSMAL SERVICE - AVOID!!

9 times out of 10 they call to say they don't have something ( not of the time its chicken or pan base ) countless times they don't deliver with the sauces they are meant to come with. You order on a weekend it's going to be late. Today I ordered at 5:57.. called me at 6:07 to say no pan base. Its now 7:26 and still no delivery.

???Ordered at 19:45, didn't arrive until 21:20, tried calling them no answer at all, so went to the store, rung the bell for assistance 4 times, shouted for attention and still nothing, the store phone was ringing non stop, I looked through the door in the kitchen and heard a woman in there on her mobile talking about irrelevant things so purposely ignoring the phone and the guys hardly at a pace to prepare the food, absolutely disappointed in the service!!!!!!!!

I’ve had a really hard year, like a lot of us, and this Saturday is my birthday. I’m so happy and feeling very optimistic and no doubt Pizza Hut has helped. Just that kind little message in my Pizza Hut present made my day and I feel overwhelmed. Thank you. So kind and delicious. Staff are so kind. Such a nice experience.

Waited half an hour past the delivery time before calling. 10 unanswered phone calls and another half hour later, I chose to drive to the store to pick up the pizzas. The lady at the desk was very apologetic for the delay and offered free food / drink for the inconvenience. However the delay was blamed on weather and traffic - even though I’d driven through a light drizzle on empty roads to get there. Arrived home 2 minutes after the delivery driver, finally receiving the food an hour and a half late. Food was delicious, but really would have appreciated a refund - or even better, receive the food at the time it was ordered for.

Placed an order for take out . Should of been finished by 20.20 so got there just before . Waited until 21.00 to be handed the food. The pizza was not fully cooked and covered in some garlic powder ( was a pepperoni pizza ) so no need for the powder . This ruined the food for my partner as he doesn't eat garlic . The chicken pieces were also under cooked as still soggy

Third time ordering from here and having over a 1.5 hour wait PAST the estimated delivery time. Won't be ordering again. Polite staff on the phone and during delivery (when it actually comes) but obviously horrendously understaffed.

We ordered 4 pizzas 3 normal and 1 gluten free for collection, the order came through as 4 normal pizzas. I called the shop and they assured me it would be fixed and they would send the gluten free pizza alone to my house as a delivery and collect the 3 regular pizzas and we would have to pay 2 pound for the charge for delivery. Instead of receiving 1 gluten-free alone we got 4 regular. We went to the shop assuming that we still needed to collect the 3 regular pizzas and they said they'd all been delivered and that they would make the gluten free one and we would have to wait 10 minutes until it was done. As we got home the gluten free pizza was totally wrong and they have a habit of slicing the gluten free pizzas when the label clearly states "not sliced". This is a massive cross contamination risk as I have Coeliac disease.

I ordered pizza and sides for the whole family. I ordered at 7.55pm and was given a 30-40 minute delivery time, the food didn’t arrive until 9pm. Upon receiving the food I realised that they had used the wrong topping on my pizza and called my local branch (pontypridd) and was told there would be a 20 minute wait. Fast forward to 45 minutes later (9.45pm) and the replacement still hadn’t arrived. I called once again to enquire about the pizza and was told it would be 5 minutes more as the driver had just returned from porth and was picking up my freshly cooked pizza. After waiting another 20 minutes I decided to walk down, return the pizza with the wrong topping and enquire in person about my missing pizza and request a refund. The manager claimed he didn’t know who I was as I handed him the pizza and relayed the time I had waited and nervously realised who I was when I gave him my address. He offered to cook me another pizza there and then (which leads me to believe he never made the replacement pizza in the first place). He then told me that he is not authorised to give me a refund in the shop and that HE must apply for a refund for me that I will receive in the next 2 days. Poor customer service and constant lies about wait times. I’ve always ordered from Pizza Hut but this has put me off ever ordering from there again!

Took 40 minutes after delivery time. Food was freezing and partner wasn't sure if her food was gluten free as no sticker on the box. And after eating some of the food we now don't know if her pizza was not gf as she's had a coeliac reaction. My food came overcooked and cold.

The food is tasty when it arrives but the problem is waiting for it. Very rarely get it on time and mostly around 2 hours. The excuse of a new driver is getting thin. Seriously needs to be looked at.
