I ordered a delivery on Sunday at 14.05pm. The estimated time of arrival was 15.20-15.40.At 15.52 I called to find out what was happening and was told they were very busy, there had been a delay, but my order was on its way out the door with a free ice cream.Given that the store is less than 10 minutes away, and nothing arrived, I called at at 16.30. This time a woman answered and said she had just come on shift. She spoke to someone in store, who said that the order left ages ago. Then she called the driver, (I could hear her conversation) who told her he only just left, and was about 5-7 minutes away. I asked for a refund but was told I would have to request via the app.40 minutes later a woman (not the man who claimed to be 5-7 minutes away) brought my order.So my order arrived 3 hours after I ordered it, and 2 hours after they promised to deliver.When we did eventually eat it, it was cold and soggy. The melt was squashed.I haven’t had my refund yet, but there is no way I’d order there again!!

Excellent sandwiches everytime it got done by Dan. Dan is just THE MAN.I went away for the summer yet he still remembered how I liked my sandwich made, put in the student discount for me, and made sure the sandwich was packed and not loose.I'll always come back, rain or shine.

Staff was rude not all of them but two of them it’s only two of them. I regularly visit the store but there are two People who show a lot of attitude as if they are giving the food for free its better they stop working or change there attitude towards customer a skinny guy with long hair who servers and a woman with head band , i really felt bad after being served by these two.

Absolutely fantastic branch of the best sandwich chain in the U.K., the Staff at Treforest Subway are some of the best I’ve seen, cheif among which being Rachel who served us swiftly, generously and with a smile all the while. Would come back just for the service we received. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! 11/10

few times I've ordered here with no issues, but today they got it very wrong. I was eating my sub and turned it and noticed what i thought was MOULD, turns out it was tissue paper or some paper, absolutely unhygienic. Not bothering to check is just lazy, 16 pound for two rolls is ridiculous too. When i went into store they didn't seem to fazed and told me to get the refund through uber eats, wont be getting food from this dump again.
Pathetic service . Was served with broken bread and hard to eat. I asked to change but they refused to do so.

Went in hungry as had been busy all day, asked if they had prawns, no he said so settled for ham and tomatoes, do you put butter on the bread I said, no he said, do you have salt, no he said, the tomatoes looked like they had been there since yesterday, aah well needs be, gave him a £5 note and the half baguette was £2.99 he wanted to give me the change in 5p pieces, is that a joke I said no we have no change either… was this just a bad day or to my mind very bad management and the staff could could do with some good training.. thank you I shall definitely not be going back..

3rd time of ordering and that's the last! Twice my order has been bad , both times the sub was burnt. This time this morning accepted my order but then 30 minutes later cancelled it , the place and staff need a good sort out! Other subways apart from Pontypridd area are spot on but this one is a appalling

Shop is tiny, pretty slow waiting to be served, staff wouldn't toast my wrap before the salad went in for some reason? They do this in every other subway store I visit.
