Congratulations, you managed to take a simple meal of steak and chips and completely mess it up, the steak was so undercooked it could have been running around the field, I use the term steak loosely as it was a lump of gristle with a small amount of raw meat.

Nice and warm, large floor space, good food selection...had fish chips and peas.Shame about the peas, plenty of them, though at a guess they probably spent no more than 30 seconds in hot water...very hard.

My wife and I often find a Wetherspoon pub when we are on holiday or go out for the day. Mainly because , like most people these days, we have to be careful with our money. Wetherspoon's may not be high dining, but it is always great value. We have rarely had a meal that wasn't good.We have been in the Tumble Inn a few times over the years. Sometimes, the service hasn't been as good as we have received in other Wetherspoon's pubs. But this time we were impressed by the service we got. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was okay and that we felt welcomed. I actually wondered if they had all recently been on a customer service course! The food was what we are used to and of good quality. A breakfast muffin with egg, bacon, sausage, and cheese plus limitless coffee for about £4.65 each is great value. It's cheaper and better than McDonald's or Burger King plus a much better atmosphere.

The food was cold, and I had to wait ages for the drinks. After 20 minutes, I asked where the drinks were that I had ordered by using the app. The waitress gave me a dirty look before saying OK and walking off. I then had to ask someone else after waiting for another 10 minutes. We were made to feel very unwelcome, and the food was terrible! We have been to numerous Wetherspoons, and this is the worst by far!

It's just a shame that the meal was ruined by the 2 girls next to us who were constantly vaping and the unhelpful waitress who refused to say a word to us, even when we thanked her, but was more than happy to have a full conversation with the 2 vaping girls.I would advise anyone with asthma or other lung conditions to avoid this branch where at all possible.

Worst steak I've ever had, how they call this gourmet is beyond me unless the cold peppercorn sauce and micro mushroom and tomato are part of it. Server was in full Karen mode and had this air of I'm better than you. Definitely won't be returning.

The food was disgusting had chicken tikka masala the naan bread was black hard crispy the popadoms full of fat curry no sauce all dried up took it back along with beef madras apologised and sent fresh just as bad had no check backs to ask how food was watched the young lad go in disabled toilet to do toilet checks 3 times and he walked in signed paper walked out there was no hand soap or toilet roll in the toilet for hours in the end had to go and ask a member of staff to refill was dirty floor had urine all over it and it’s used a lot will avoid this pub in future

This is lovely pub and the food is good the only problem is people are allowed to vape in here by the looks of it when visiting on a Saturday night and they have a lovely smoking area
