Had food delivered, missing item from my order, by the time we had it the rest of us had finished our food. Delivery driver banging hard on the window of my nieces bedroom while she was trying to get her baby to sleep. when I answered the door I got greeted with “IVE BEEN HERE A WHILE” with terrible attitude. Sorry but you shouldn’t have forgotten half the order in the first place, sorry would have been better or call to say that you were here, I have bad hearing. Disgusted with that service.

Childrens meal advertised with free toy and lollipop did not contain either. Grand kids very disappointed on opening their meals .Went back to the shop to point out the mistake only to be told with a shrug of the shoulders that they’d run out of lollipops and had no toys.I consider this gross missrepresention and no way to treat a child

Love the food here but literally everytime we order the food ends up all over inside the bag, wast of time and money really which is a shame. Sauces poor out onto other containers and you spend more time cleaning up than eating whats left. Also cross contamination would be a risk if food allergies are involved as everything is at risk of mixing.
