A fantastic local pie and pasty shop that sells great rissolls and Welsh cakes!We stop here if passing for dinner in work or if we go away at the weekends we try and pop in here early afternoon as they close in the afternoons.Staff are great and always do what they can too help... even if I ask for a stone cold Evan's pie but these are freshly made and are beautiful.
Staff amazing, but Ingredients have lacked from fillings had become less over the years understand sings get expensive but as prices go up portions and ingredients should stay the scene the pies do not release that lovely drivin gravy as it used to be when you would buy a pie and chips also the pies need to be cooked a bit longer A some of them a quite doughy

After many years of wanting to try these, I stopped by this morning for a nicely warm and warming steak and kidney pie. Witness the ample filling; the pastry is excellently buttery. I also have a cheese rissole for later. Worth the wait, and the stop.
