Booked here for a Sunday lunch, as we were staying in the area, it was a just stunning. Melt in your mouth meat, veg cooked perfectly and gravy that was flavoursome and just the right consistency. Very friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. Even though we live around an hour away we will be back.Kid-friendliness: So friendly to our 2 year old and they have the option of kids menu instead of cooked dinner.

Went here for our first time yesterday for Sunday Lunch. The roast dinner was outstanding. The hospitality from Stacey was truly warming and welcoming. We definitely plan on going here again - and again! Well worth the 30 minutes drive. Look forward to trying more of the menu - the specials board looked amazing too. Well done to Stacey and her team . We will see you again on the Bank Holiday weekend. Kath and Chris ( we came with Clive & Ceri ) xx

Great for a Sunday lunch. Everything cooked to perfection, steaming hot and large portions. Staff were attentive and we'll definitely be back.

Cosy and friendly, traditional village pub serving great food and drinks. Good value and always a warm welcome. Free parking and dog friendly. Would definitely recommend x

15 of us had occasion to visit the Unitarian chapel in Nottage for an afternoon Sunday service. We decided to have lunch before the service and choose the Farmers Arms as it advertised a good old fashioned Sunday lunch. Boy did we pick a winner and am so glad we did. The choice was good with the usual beef , pork or lamb as well as a vegetarian choice. They were short staffed and very busy but still delivered with a smile and constant updates. The staff could not do more for us , they were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Our meals were piping hot with very generous helpings of meat and assorted vegetables. All at a very competitive price. I cannot remember when I had such a delicious home cooked Sunday lunch like it. Everyone enjoyed and have decided if and when we visit Nottage again our first choice to book will be the Farmers Arms. Well done Landlord and staff at the Farmers Arms Nottage you should be proud of what you are delivering. Endorsed by the 15 mebers of Gellionnen Havel Pontardawe.xx

Called in for a quick drink and snack after a 4 hour journey and have just been hit with 60 pound fine for parking in the pub car park for 30 mins. Will never go back and will advise all our friends to do the same. Bad policy for the pub.

5 stars all round. Turned up last minute and they were so accommodating They had been mobbed all day but still managed to fit us in. And they couldn’t apologise enough. Friendly staff. Amazing food. Superb. Thank you.

We visited this pub while staying in Rest Bay for a couple of nights. We had food and drinks on the Friday evening, and because we enjoyed the food that much, we came back on Saturday evening and then booked in for Sunday lunch before heading back home. The Sunday lunch was amazing, too. The owners are really friendly, and we were made to feel welcome with our 2 well-behaved dogs. They have their own car park, and there are plenty of signs and instructions on how to register your car on arrival. We will definitely return when in the area again. Thank you.

We had Sunday lunch on Father’s Day, I had not previously booked as staying close by on holiday but they very kindly fitted us in. The staff and service was amazing. I would highly recommend the food for Sunday lunch.
