Dreadful, not the same prices online as this store (don’t know why) waited over 30 mins in store for pizza, staff very ignorant, never coming back.

Our first night at parkdean and pizza was on the cards, ordered at the till and service was good, we ordered 3 large pizzas and some chicken wings, took around 20mins and all were piping hot and tasty, the only slight negative was that the pizzas were not all cut into slices, also not sure how big a large pizza should be as they seemed small to us, but overall was a good experience ?Update, so having checked the size of pizza a large should be 13.5" ,haven't got a tape measure with me but I know the envelope in the picture is A4 so approximately 12" in length, as you can see the boxes were definitely not large enough for a large pizza!!! Won't be going back!!! Hence the 1 star rating

Ordered pizza and chicken poppers, the chicken poppers were really burnt and the box they came in was full of black burnt bits, tried calling numerous times and no answer. Also purchased 2 garlic and herb dips and one tomato dip and neither of those came. The pizza was okay but way too much barbecue sauce so it kind of ruined it.

I had to give 1 star to post this review. I don’t want to give any stars.I ordered delivery to my caravan for 9.30pm. Eventually turned up 9.55pm. Upon opening pizzas we were horrific… we were all starving 2 adults and 2 kids… pizzas could not been eaten (£46 we paid), disgusting, just for them to be binned the next morning. My kids were starving all night, as by the time the pizzas were delivered, we walked up to the chippy but it was shut. Nothing else available than papa johns…tried and tried to ring them to complain, no answer. Stay away from this place. Husband got up early to shoot round co-op to get food to feed the kids as soon as they got up this morning…Wish I could upload a photo

Not a bad experience but not the best.Quite a long wait for pizza & the pizza was okay. Had a meat feast and was one taste, couldn't taste the variation.Pretty expensive too.

Would like to say a massive thank you and appraisals to the legend of a lad CALUM!!! Best pizza around and can honestly say we ate it every night After having a skin full and Calum is such a great laugh. I’m surprised at how low reviewed this place is because the food and staff put in the work to deliver a great experience. Calum deserves a pay rise or a promotion due to his customer service expertise. Big up and see you again soon, from ZION!!!!!! (Mrs account)

Very poor, no gluten free options, in this day and age why on earth is GF options not standard. My daughter is coeliac and we have to plan daily where we go for anything.Very poor papa John'sDietary restrictions: They didn't have any GF options ?

Terrible place to eat. Papa Johns is probably bottom of the list for any pizza lover but this place confirms its position on the rankings. Price was awful especially in a cost of living crisis, smallest pizza was £10, tasted like seasoned cardboard, wait time was dreadful. Waited 45 minutes for the small pizza. Staff were ok but were very young and were just messing around in the kitchen instead of taking orders.
Do you like to wait one hour and thirty minutes for an unexceptional pizza?Then do we have the ideal takeaway for you!!Yes, it's a Saturday night.Yes, it's 8pm.Of course they'd be busy.But who, in the blessed kingdom of Trecco Bay, can wait 90 minutes for a pizza?I don't even know how that wait is possible. I can't cook pizza. I don't know where to start. But I'm confident that, given the raw ingredients, I could make you a pizza in less than an hour and a half.This place is, and I don't say this lightly, "Super lame".
