Very bland sub.. tried the ballerStaff were not the most welcomingCharged me £19 for 2 foot longs and drink/crisp. RobberyToilet is awful. No baby changing facility, left large cleaning equipment in there.The delivery driver very unprofessional too.

Asked if my husband and I could share a foot long sub and told "no problem as it will automatically be cut in half". Great!I then asked if it was possible to have two tap waters, told i would be given cups so we can help ourselves from the machine". Amazed to be charged £1.49 EACH!Whilst I appreciate the paper cups cost money ( which I obviously would pay for) and Subway is not a charity but £2.98 for water.Coincidentally went to a Harvester today, same machine dispensing water........FREE!The staff were very busy BUT NOT ONCE WAS A TABLE WIPED OVER DURING THE WHOLE TIME WE WERE THERE.

Ordered a foot long to share with hubby and no quibbles about the slightly different salad asks on either side. Also cut in half and wrote on the wrapper whose was whose without being asked. All with a smile. Thank you

It is a great place to stop and have something quick and tasty for lunch. A great selection of subs and salads are available. Staff are really helpful and friendly customer service.

The experience I had was not a pleasant one, myself and husband went in to this subway to grab a quick bite to eat, it was absolutely roasting hot that day, my husband sat down, I went to place our order ... the 2 guys working there were absolutely lovely, very friendly and chatty, I was very impressed with there manners, and customer service all round, whilst our sandwiches were getting made, I noticed there were flies in the fridges where the food is, as the young lad was talking a fly landed on my sandwhich, now listen I understand you can't stop flies I totally get that, however I refuse to eat food that a dirty little flying diseased insect has sat on !! .. I politely asked the young lad please can you change my sandwhich, I can't eat thar there's flies landing on there, out of no where pops up MUTTON DRESSED AS LAMB !! WITH HER BRIGHT RED LIPSTICK (you looked ridiculous sweetheart) and spoke to me like I was dirt !! ( she says, well what do you want us to do about it, the door is open we can't stop flies) her attitude was vile, I honestly wanted to jump the counter and put her face in the sandwhich, I said did I say it was your fault NO I did not I understand there's flies but I will not eat that whilst flies have crawled on there !!! For my own well being I told them to stick the food ! her attitude was awful I mean really awful !! she needs a reality check or she needs to get laid !!! I can tell you something she wouldn't ever have gotten away with speaking to me like that, whilst outside !! GET SOME MANNERS !! HAVE SOME RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMERS !! TAKE THAT LIPSTICK OFF YOU LOOK STUPID !!! AND LASTLY BE KIND !!!

Had a salad two a weeks ago, which was stunning, had one in Parc plaza last week which was a let down, so returned to Porthcawl where a staff member Liam again made incredible salads. Nothing was too much trouble, patient and polite, and again salads (2) were stunning. Thank you Susan (Manager of Pavilion Court flats)

Every time I have been into this subway, I haven't had a good experience. Particularly with one of the women staff members which I couldn't see her name. She talks to her colleagues very rudely and I feel very sorry for the two men who work there. They seem more than capable and competent at their jobs and are very helpful to the customers, but she speaks to them as if they are stupid and with a lot of attitude. It makes the experience feel very awkward and I order a lot less than planned as I feel I don't want to make their lives harder. There is no need to speak to them this way, even when it is stressful with the amount of customers at lunch time. And she also isn't very polite or friendly to the customers either, it's as if she just wants to get her sales in rather than what the customer needs and moves on quickly to the next customer before the current customer is finished ordering. I wouldn't recommend and I will be avoiding this store in the future for the sake of the hard working employees who are getting micromanaged.

Abysmal attitude of the staff. We arrived at 7 pm, with a child on crutches and we were turned away. "we've got homes to go to an'all" said the man behind the counter. I asked him if he was serious because he was smiling. He replied that he took great satisfaction in saying no to people and turning people away. Appalling manners, disgusting attitude.
