Good, cake, coffee and ice cream, used to visit with my normal sized dog for the excellent own brand biscuits. Todays visit reveals that they have reduced the size and crunchiness due to some dog owners moaning that they were too big.At £1.50 my dog expected a decent biscuit. Will not bother again.

Great food, however was a little spoilt by the unfriendly blonde young staff member they have working there. She was unfriendly and rude in her attitude towards costumers. Also charged me 6.95 for a piece of bara brith ( this was rectified later by the supervisor ) she was just quite unfriendly. Firstly telling me I needed to speak up, then slow down and then when I stood at the counter she then asked if I was eating in. When I replied yes she said ….. we’ll go sit down! She then brought the wrong ice cream over and we just said it wasn’t what I ordered. Supervisor however was lovely. Apologised on her behalf and rectified the bara brith price. Apparently the girl was new. To note though, friendliness and customer service shouldn’t have to be taught! Waffles and I’ve cream were nice .

Really ignorant staff. We stood for ten minutes without being served or acknowledged. Staff didn’t really seem to care when we decided to go elsewhere. Really bad atmosphere and attitude. Would recommend Cariad Gelato across the road instead.

We went twice to Cadwaladers twice over the bank holiday weekend. We were totally impressed with the ice cream, the flavour available, venue and the friendly staff! The price was excellent we were very happy that they do a kids ice cream for £1 which is great for a fussy toddler who only wants half! I would highly recommend the pistachio and the Turkish delight!

Visiting Porthmadog for shopping, stopped off at Cadwaladers on the high street for a morning coffee and drink for little one. Excellent Café Latte, served by bubbly and friendly waitress who couldn't do enough to help. Comfy sofas inside. Clean and tidy toilets. Perfect morning out with little one!
We really enjoyed our visit to Cadwaladers today. We were made to feel very welcome, including our dog, whom the staff provided a bowl of water for. We had vegan pizzas, various ice creams and drinks. Service was very quick and staff were all helpful and pleasant. You guys did a great job today. We'll be back!

Had a fab vegan pizza - cooked to perfection , jacket potato and beans . My daughter and I shared both . Really nice . Had a vegan ice cream to go / lovely . Thanks

Visited cadwaladers with my grandson, he wanted a pink ice cream, very short staffed there, then we were asked about allergies, what can i say, i did ask the member of staff why was he asking that maybe they should concentrate more on the mold at the back of the freezer and all over the shutters, being a customer looking in it looks awfull in need of a good clean, the answer he gave was.. we are waiting for new freezer.. so dont bother cleaning it then... realy bad..
