We went early for 6 p.m. did feel a little rushed but they obviously catering for a big group later.Parking: The square outside was full we parked on a side road, but some people had just abandoned cars over 2 spaces but there weren't lines to demarcate places. The most annoying was a camping van parked length wise across 4 spaces!!!

I love this cafe. The small staff team are all family and it really shows that they truly care about every one of their customers. The food is fantastic. They are always happy to make substitutions or adjustments to meals which when eating with 3 autistic children is a godsend. I love that there's quite a grown up vibe but that it's so child friendly (baby cups, children's colour changing cups with lids and straws, kids menu, sweets on departure). The pancakes and parfait are my favourites but the full English is always great too.Vegetarian options: Good options for vegetarians and pescatariansDietary restrictions: Happy to make substitutions and know their menu well to advise on dietary requirementsParking: Free parking directly outside the cafe doorKid-friendliness: As above, they go above and beyond for kidsWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility ramp into the restaurant and staff are happy to move chairs, etc to help those who would benefit from it though maybe not the most accessible for those with big electric wheelchairs as doorways are standard width

Golden Fleece Inn

Excellent couple of night at the Golden Fleece. The young manager could not have done more for us when we had a minor problem with the room. Very helpful, as where the staff who even let us create our own side dish at the restaurant!Very clean room, good food, comfy bed.Can't praise the people who work here highly enough.

The Colliers Arms Porth

Absolutely love the colliers. Linda the landlady is a diamond. Drinks are cheap and atmosphere is fab. Slush machine wasn't working this week for cocktails but had shots to compensate lol. Gonna try Sunday lunch soon because I've heard good things.

Raj Balti

Have been here twice to pick up a takeaway for my family and both times staff where attentive and very nice. The food was some of the best quality wise of all we've tried locally and have good taste of films in case of a super long 30 second delay lol.Parking: The street is usually quiet however people do go quite fast, but obviously no fault of the buisness

BURGERS AND DREAMS

Had the hunters chicken deliveredast night and it was delicious. Ordered side's of onion rings and garlic mushrooms which were both really good, maybe the mushrooms were a little crispy but that wasnt the end of the world!Delivery charge to ystrad was a bit steep at £6.00 but will definitely be ordering from here again!!

Golden Dragon Inn Chinese Takeaway

It's the first time we have tried this place and the food was amazing, usually the chicken balls are hit and miss at Chinese takeaways but here they were faultless!Would defo recommend

Cymmer Fish Bar

I place an order when I visit my sister and we have no complaints. We have fish and chips but there is usually a meal included for one other. I can't fault the cost going by other fish bars, they're friendly over the phone and whilst delivering our order. We personally couldn't ask for anything

The staff are friendly and generally happy, they were more than polite, welcoming and friendly to myself and my partner. I found the food as you would expect and I found the lamb Donna Kebab tasty with a good size portion for medium.I did find the decor a little dilapidated, and cleanliness could have been improved throughout. The toilet especially could do with a light bulb, good lock and a spring clean. Also male sure there are napkin dispensers on each table.

Gwynfa Bed and Breakfast

The room was very spacious, fully equipped and thought out with everything you could possibly need. Beryl the owner was very accommodating,friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely too. We enjoyed our stay and would come again. Location was great too, very convenient, near lots of shops and perfect base for exploring the surrounding areas.

Seaview Cafe Bistro & Coffee Lounge

Popped in for a coffee but ended up ordering a breakfast.Sat just out side. Lovely view. Clean. Staff friendly. Good value. Nicely presented. All tasted great. Will go again next time webare that way.

The Big Rock Cafe

On a rainy day in porthmadoc this is the best place to be . the food is good and different from normal places the coffee to die forVegetarian options: Fair choice for veggies

Madog Takeaway

Went here after the crell had no gluten free chips, we were so pleased to see a wide range of gluten free options. Had such a short wait time and the staff were incredibly friendly. the chips were absolutely incredible and the fish was perfect. Additionally the lamb burger was delicious. this was in fact a great value for money and would highly recommend going here.

Sima Tandoori

Went on news years eve. Was quite busy but they found a table for us very quickly. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. Food was amazing, best we had in a long time and good size portions. Cost of the meal was very reasonable. already planning our next meal.

Rheola Hotel

40 years ago I walked into this pub and it changed my life for ever,I met the girl I would marry and who is still the love of my life so where else to celebrate 40 years together back where it all started. It hasn't changed a bit still a lively,friendly pub was my local on a Sunday night one of the best pubs in Porth

Chippy Dre

Very good Fish & Chips, mushy peas and curry sauce also great. Like the fact you can get Haddock rather than Cod, so much nicer. Fish cooked fresh to order, can't fault

The Australia

Atmosphere was amazing. The decor is great, even the taps in the bathroom excited me. The staff were really friendly. Only let down was the burger, it was clearly not fresh and one of those extremely cheap ones you'd find in a layby burger van. For £14.95 I would have expected better, maybe they ran out of minced beef and had to dash to a supplier? Can't say much about the chips either, undercooked and possibly left over from a lunch service a few hours earlier. I've spent many years working in restaurant so I know and can taste a few duds ?. Still, it was edible so I suppose that's a good thing! I can't say much for the rest of the food though, maybe it's better.

The Bakehouse

Absolutely stunning food and service ,and when I rung for 12 packs of jam splits to take to my son who loves in Cumbria they was made fresh and ready for me for the next morning ! Lovely friendly staff

Red Lion

Nice pub decently priced had to mark down as no vaping allowed inside, not a legal requirement am more than sure before the smoking ban it was a smoking establishment, the bar girl was very smart and polite

The Creel Fish & Chips

Stopped for fish and chips. 2 large freshly cooked haddock fillets, 1 reg chips and large mushy peas, all tasted so nice.Fish was of a generous size and white. Batter crisp and fresh. Had we any more room, we would have ordered more.We live 3 hours away, but if we wanted a day trip out with fish and chips, we would consider heading this way. You must try if nearby.

Kam He

Best Chinese in porth, great chips and you have to try to crispy chicken and their special curry. Lovely and attentive staff, always feel welcome, food is always cooked fresh and to order. Never had a bad takeaway from there.

The Schooner

Decent chippie, we all enjoyed the large variety of stuff we ordered. But service is slow, the woman you order from is very glum, & the curry sauce is bland.

Allports Fish & Chips Porthmadog

Went here 21/3/24. Good food, good service, good price, and lovely staff. We had to peaces of haddock and shared a portion of chips. It was really, really tasty. ?????

Porthmadog Kebab & Pizza House

Absolutely delicious food! I had a small chicken kebab which was soooo yummy!!! I had to go back for another a few days later! Way better than the pubs and restaurants in Porthmadog! Best kebab house in England and Wales ? Thank you
