Just passing through the area on New Years day, needed a rest....And found.....Quite possibly the best Costa Coffee in the UK, wonderfully clean, and all tables cleared unlike some other branches.Team worked brilliantly together, service was excellent, big shout out for Lexi, her customer service skills, customer engagement and wonderful smile, made the visit half worth it in itself.

I went to this Costa around 10:30 on a Sunday (1st of October) And I'd love to give a higher review, as the tea was lovely, but the service was unfortunately rather bad. This isn't the first time either. Everytime I come here- the staff are very snappy and rude, and sometimes outright refuse to do certain drinks that are advertised both online and on their menu. Specifically, one dark hair middle aged lady is usually very snappy and rude when I try to order something as simple as a drink.Overall, The drinks were okay but service was enough to deter me from going there again. Wouldn't recommend.

Costa is Costa. why is the aircon on its freezing in there lol edit 2023 (4 years on lol)Aircon is still on full blast and it's bloody freezing in and outside... Isn't there meant to be a energy fuel crisis with expensive fuel. I'm from Spain a business can not put Aircon on that hot or cold to aid in stopping global warming. Never had any problems with the staff here like some say and today we went in 15 minutes before closing, next visit closed at 5:34. Half AN HOUR EARLY as i guess its windy lol. You should just do take out from 5:30 then when people drive all that way they can still get a coffee!

A small High Street Costa. Good service and normal food and drink. If you're after a larger table it might not be for you as it's quite small and tables were mostly two's and three's.

A good Costa branch. It was not as busy at 4.15 as it usually is and so there were a few places to sit. Staff were helpful and the place was clean. We stayed until closing time and staff kept busy and worked around us. Good choice of food and drinks as always.
