The staff are friendly and generally happy, they were more than polite, welcoming and friendly to myself and my partner. I found the food as you would expect and I found the lamb Donna Kebab tasty with a good size portion for medium.I did find the decor a little dilapidated, and cleanliness could have been improved throughout. The toilet especially could do with a light bulb, good lock and a spring clean. Also male sure there are napkin dispensers on each table.

I've never had anything bad to say about Mr chippy. It's not only delicious and warm every time but it's incredibly fast service. They do great food here and the price is very reasonable compared to similar places. 5

What a terrible shame that this local fish and chip shop has gone from gold to garbage.Batter gone from fresh to chewy and hard.Chips gone from firm to mushy.Staff not listening to the order.Fighting to get your order in over the constant delivery orders.I won't be going back which is sad.

This used to be my go to delivery place in Porth. But after raising delivery costs to £3 for 1 mile away, it's not time for me to find another takeaway.Usually delivery is pretty quick, but tonight I'm still waiting after an hour.Goodbye Mr Chippy, it was fun while it lasted ??

The food is generally quite good and reasonably priced but beware if you order for delivery for a specific time they must leave the food sitting around until it’s time to deliver so it arrives cold and had to be reheated. Best advice is to order ‘ASAP’ as it tends to arrive hot then but not necessarily exactly when you want it.

First thing first I had a fish and chips in a. Box. I walked about 50 yards outside before being burnt by chip oil running all out of the side of the box. By the time I've got home the whole box has turned to a whole piece of cardboard oil. Chips solid. Food not edible and I certainly shouldn't of been burnt with boiling oil. Need to check their food before serving it.

The worst service i have ever recieved took money over internet yet refused to send out food then when contacted very bad language when asked for a refund started swearing down phone to my wife then i got on phone continued to have bad attitude on phone call and when we asked what can we do about my delivery theyre answer was it your issue not mine i rate this service as a zero and will be putting in a formal complaint to foodhub of theyre service.
